I called Jim and within an hour he arrived, serviced the locks and made sure all was open and working well. Speedy service and great communication! Even better, Jim allowed me to pay over the phone with my credit card. What could have been a stressful situation ended very well. Comment: I locked my keys in my home on my way out for work. I called (before 8am) and was given a 30-45 minute response time. He was there on time and worked quickly to unlock the door so that I could get in and off to work. Very courteous and friendly. Would definitely use again.
