Comment: I had a really tough, unusual situation and didnt have any idea if anyone could help. I have an antique phone booth phone that used to be coin operated. It has a coin vault where the coins fall that had a special lock with a very unusual key. Mike came out and, as expected, had trouble with it. He stuck with it and eventually had the lock picked which I thought was going to be impossible to do. However, even though the lock was picked, the lock was so old the lock would not release. Instead of saying that he was done and there was nothing else he could do for me, he started brainstorming other ways to help me. After about 10 more minutes, he had the phone totally removed from my phone booth. He went above and beyond. Thanks Mike!!!

Comment: Yesterday was scary, I came home and my neighbor was getting their child out of the car and the babies foot hit the lock button while he was on his way to the other side to get the baby out. I called A Good Locksmith immediately and he answered within seconds. I explained the situation, he told me to break the window if needed but he dropped what he was doing and headed our way! Texted me with the amount of time it took him to get to us! We ended up getting the door open so we called and cancelled. The gentleman was so sweet I offered for him to still come and let us pay him for dropping everything he was doing to make it! I wouldn’t call any other locksmith ever! This guy was amazing! Comment: WOW! I can’t say enough good things!!!! Can I leave more than 5 stars?! I needed an emergency lock change in the evening and my voicemail was returned with 2 minutes! Mike was there 15 minutes later!!! I told him it would be okay to wait until the morning but he said if I’d sleep better knowing my locks were changed that night he’d feel better. Comment: Mikes service is amazing. He always makes you feel like you are his #1 customer. I am always leery of having service professionals over when I am here alone with my children, yet I know that I can feel completely at ease with Mike Galdine here to the rescue! He has provided us with our locksmith needs for both our residential and commercial properties and I could not see calling anyone else. He is professional, extremely courteous, and really knows his business.
