He looked carefully at our combination lock but it was beyond repair. He told us how to report the lock malfunction and receive a replacement, as it was guaranteed. When he arrived and unlocked my vehicle he noticed my spare key sitting on my console that I had forgotten about. Original price to re-key was $250(cheap compared to other local locksmiths) but because he is an honest guy he only charged me $85 for opening the van. On top of that he reconnected my battery so the tow truck could more easily get to my vehicle. Hard to find honest people nowadays.

I had to do an immediate scheduling and Sean showed up within the same hour even though it was a need help right this minute rush request. Comment: Had a customer from a shop next to ours locked out, called Sean for him, and of course we got great response time, especially for him being miles away doing another lock out, and had great service. Why waste a AAA call for something like this, especially when hed beat whoever AAA sends you. Great guy, punctual, and straight forward. 5 stars

Comment: My aunt locked herself out of her car and her insurance would not help. Go figure. But Sean with A Plus Auto unlock was Johnny on the spot very friendly courteous treated my aunt and Elder family with the utmost respect and had her back in her car within 5 minutes. With all that great service I expected a very high price. But Shaun the locksmith has the most reasonable prices around and believe me I looked. So thank you so much Sean for getting my family back into their vehicle. Great customer service would recommend highly it to anybody to use his services

Comment: I called this company at 8pm, I had locked my house and cat keys in my car. They were very effeicient and came to help immediately! With in a matter of minutes he was able to retrieve the keys from my car. I was so worried and he helped remained reassuring and professional! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!

Comment: Extremely friendly service and very prompt!! we locked our keys in our work truck and called A Plus Auto Unlock and he was so friendly on phone, and was at our store within 10 minutes!! Thats what I call excellent service!! Will definitely use him again!
