Comment: Bought a new-to-me used car and didnt realize the lock cylinder was not in the drivers door handle. That is the only way to open the door if the button on the key stops working. Went to my mechanic and he said to go to AA Loc Doc first. I had to have the mechanic order the cylinder, and bring it to them first to rekey it to the new lock, so I wouldnt need to spend a small fortune on new remote keys. They cant install new locks in cars, but they rekeyed the new lock and reprogrammed the keys so they work locking and unlocking the car correctly.Took it back to the mechanic and he installed it and the car is safe and sound now. They are very nice people to deal with. Thanks for the great service.

Comment: Let me tell you about the best locksmith in Ocala! I brought my car here when I lost the keys and none of us had any idea what we were getting ourselves into. My car ending up being quite a challenge and took a lot longer than anticipated. They did not give up though! I received regular updates on the status of my car, even if it wasnt the news they wanted to deliver. I will say, this company went way above and beyond, including spending hours on the phone and calling in experts. They did end up getting me a replacement key and Im confident if it had been another company, they would have given up. I am grateful for their tenacity, and I will forever recommend this company to anyone I know that needs a key-as long as its not a Subaru! 😂

Comment: I showed up here to have a couple of spare keys made for my Harley. It’s a “barrel” key which other shops told me they couldn’t cut. These ladies did a great job!The keys work perfectly and were less than half the price of getting them from a Harley dealer - who would have to order them and said they would take two weeks to come in.I drove more than a half hour to get to the shop - it was worth it and I will absolutely go back when I need something else.

Comment: Call Dave another locksmith in was told we wait 90 minutes for someone to come and unlock our vehicle after the hour and being on hold being told with music that they appreciated our patience for waiting for a multiple attempts trying to contact locksmith we had already contacted, we decided to try someone else. We called another locksmith and the phone rang and were sent to voicemail. The third attempt was calling AA Lock Doc & Security where they not only answered but once I told him our situation and how long we had already waited with the car running they they sent someone within 20 minutes to our location and has a lock to the car unlocked and we are on our way. After sitting for 4 hours I will never hesitate to pick up the phone and call AA Lock Doc & Security again. A huge thank you to Ray who was our service technician and super blessed you were working today.

Comment: Great Job, probably made 100+ keys for me over about a 3 week period. I had a problem with 2 keys, they were recut with profuse apologies and no charge. New keys worked smooth. Ho other places and if you let works...30% of the time, they are catchy (gritty) and you have to jiggle them.So would I go back to A&A Lock Doc, in a heartbeat, dont want my keys cut anywhere else.P.S. if memory doesnt fail me the lady who assisted me was Marie, personable & professional.

Comment: I used this company to fix some locks on my house and they were great so I called them when I lost my keys. The prices were higher than I thought they would be but the guy explained why the price was high, because my Chrysler doesnt use a key, it uses a remote that goes into a slot in the dashboard. I called the dealer and was surprised that AA Lock Doc was actually saving me money. They had the fob in stock and had my car running again very quickly. We will always use this company. They know their stuff, and are very easy to deAl with.
