I called A&A and he went right to him, a 40 minute drive only to see that my son found help. Xavier let me talk with my son to give me peace of mind and even hung around the for a minute with me on the phone and made sure he got in his car okay. The $50 fee (which he let me know ahead of time) was more than reasonable for him driving all that way without even being sure someone was there to be helped. I will save the number and only call A&A if I ever need services again!! Thank you!

Comment: From when we first moved into our new build, we had issues with a number of our locks and doors. It was impossible to lock two of the doors with just one hand, as I would need one hand to pull the knob and the other to actually lock or unlock the door. The builder said it would settle over time, but it unfortunately never did. Xavier was the best! He fixed every one of our locks and they all work great! We are so grateful to be able to close and lock our doors with such ease now! He is super nice and will definitely be our go to locksmith if any other doors /locks give us trouble.

I called A&A at 5:30am sounding like a total grump (dont even think I remembered to say Good Morning)The gentleman who answered the phone was nice despite the possibility Scrooge had just woken him up, gave me a quote and a 30-40 min ETA.He showed up on time, had me in my car within 10 minutes and charged what hed quoted earlier.The tech was very friendly and the price was fair.As a reference for fair Im a frugal person and what most locksmiths charge makes me want to curl up and bawl like a baby or possibly rage like King Kong. But with A&A I was pleasantly surprised with the price point and happy I was charged what I was quoted.Wont ever call another locksmith in Polk County from here forward, definitely recommend.
