We were locked out of a shed and he showed up within minutes of the call , did the job 8! under 20 min and had keys made for us on site as well as fixing our rusty doorknob with a brand new one. He was not only quick and efficient but extremely fair in his pricing and is a hardworking businessman! Save this number!

Comment: Fantastic service! Called and the owner picks up. When does that ever happen anymore? Tony one of the most polite and professional gentlemen, I think this side of Jacksonville. I called to have a door cylinder re-keyed. Tony was right on it. There was no making an appointment. There was no waiting around. He came right over. Not only that but when he got here rather than charging me for a bunch of new keys, he changed out the entire lock which came with more than enough keys for the same price. Comment: I called Tony in an emergency situation. Our front gate, deadbolt lock (large metal gates into our courtyard from the carport) had broken and we had a bungy cord on it. was very worried about our dog getting out and general security. Tony came over the next day even though he had a full day of other jobs, and he fixed the lock and another digital lock as well that had not been working for a while. He is a responsible, reasonable and honest guy. I highly recommend him. Thank you Tony!

Comment: I called ABC Lock an Key in the middle of my crisis today.While driving, the car just stopped. No power.First time I was thankful of being in middle of heavy traffic as many Sarasotas streets.Tony the owner, answered very pleasantly, listened to my emotional explanation, specifically I couldnt open the trunk, no power and the battery is located inside the trunk, with no obvious access, needing his service.He explained some approaches, including timing, cost -very reasonable- , summarizing his skills and tools to target all scenarios.I felt calmed and certain that I was being taken care by a professional.I am an Engineer, not electrical.... butonce I felt fully settled waiting for him, I realized that there was 1 more attempt, and IT did it.Problem Solved!!!Inmediately I messaged Tony, he was half way.Tony was kind and generous, even while cancelling the service call.Thank you Tony , blessings!Dolores

It was a complicated installation and keying because of master keys for various utility doors and Residence entrances.
