Comment: I had a very important issue arise. I have a safe that I have had over 11 years. I had 1 key to open it, in 11 years never lost this key. I had Christmas items in there and a small gun along with important papers. I laid the key on my shoe rack so I could get up off the floor, I have a ferret I let run around my room. I got busy playing with her and forgot about the key. The next day I went to get the key and it was gone, I guess she got them and hid them. I looked and deep cleaned my room looking for this key. Thur 12/22/2022 I had to work till 6 pm so I took the safe with me to see if I could find a locksmith to help me. I called this locksmith he came to my work, and after he looked at it , it was a safe that would require a more than just picking the lock. I can’t stay out with him cause I had to get back in to work so this was a huge decision I had to make I had to trust this stranger with my belongings in the safe so he could cut in the safe and I went back in to work. Worried yes I had a lot in the safe he could have took my safe and left and I would not know for a bit cause I’m at work. Bryan eased my worries and he did just as he said. He told me he will do all but last step to open the door until I got back out with him, he called me when he was ready I got back out to him and he finished opening the door. I was so stressed over this.I will always call this locksmith again if I need help, and will recommend to everyone. The price was lots less than i expected. Bryan was very professional and trustworthy.

Comment: We stopped at a Publix in Bradenton and accidentally locked our keys in our car. We were in a rush and called several places. Brian was the only one who responded with a 15-25 minute wait time and literally showed up that quick. By the time we went shopping and came out he was by our vehicle and opened it. Very professional,polite and reasonable. He was actually the only locksmith that was available that we called. As others all responded later and said they were backed up and couldnt even get to us. Once I called them I realized that my brother had a spare set for an emergency like the one I was having today so I called them back to let them know I did not need their services. I was not charged for a cancellation fee which was awesome. They were very polite and helpful. They respond very quickly as well. I would definitely recommend them if youre in need of a locksmith!

Without hesitation I called Access Lock and Security and Bryan came and installed the lock similar to the last one he installed in the house Im leaving. Both times he was prompt, and professional. Comment: I locked my keys in my Chevy Tahoe at the Rod and Reel Pier on the tip of Anna Maria Island while on vacation. It was late - about 10:15 pm. The pier called a locksmith and the locksmith told me he would be over in about 30-45 minutes. I told him that there was no rush because we were going to be doing a little fishing. Well, an hour and a half later - still no locksmith. This is when I called a different company - Access Lock and Security with Bryan Graves. He told me that he would be here in 20 minutes and that is exactly what happened. It took him all of about 30 seconds to unlock my car and get me on my way. At that time of the night, by now it was after midnight, I was blown away with his service and concern. Bryan was very personable, likable, and professional.
