Comment: I called Advance Lock and Key several months back for my elderly neighbor who had locked herself out of her house. I called several locksmiths and Advance was the first one that an actual person answered and without a dispatch automated message. A technician arrived within less than 30 minutes and got her in the house within minutes. He also made her a few copies of her house key which was sitting inside on the table by the door - free of charge. He was so kind and professional and really made my day and my neighbors day. You could tell he genuinely cares for our residents. It really means something these days to receive personal touch service and compassionate treatment. God bless!

Comment: From Stress to Relief! Chad came to my rescue! I arrived in FL to clear out my deceased fathers home to sell and discovered I left my keys in NH. Comment: Chad was my life saver! I happened to lock my keys in my car during a family emergency. I was at Cumberland Farms on US1 and 17th street waiting for the volunteers to come help me. Comment: Chad was GREAT. I called and he came the next day which was soon enough for me. I sent him pictures of my new front door locking system and right away he noticed I had the wrong handle so I was able to get the correct one for him before he got here. That alone was great. He was on time, very courteous, worked quickly and very fairly priced. He made sure everything was working perfectly before he left.I recommend Advance Lock and Key highly.
