Comment: Today I got stranded in Key largo and was told the tow truck could take up to 1.5 hrs to arrive. Truck showed up in 20 min. The driver (whos name escapes me) was super friendly and knowledgeable. Had the car hooked up in a matter of minutes and was even kind enough to give me a ride to Miami so I would not spend a fortune with Uber. I could not be more appreciative of the quality of work and the friendliness of the driver. Hope to never have to use a tow company in the keys again but if I do I would definitely call these guys again.

Comment: I had the misfortune of having two flats on the same side of my triple axle fifth wheel on Christmas weekend.One of the tires could be repaired. The other was destroyed after driving on it.Their pricing was more than fair.Their service was excellent.They could have really stuck it to me, but they didnt.I ran a tire store in NC decades. They didnt even have Island Pricing. Their price was exactly what I would have expected to pay back home.They are a no frills, get it done business.Id strongly recommend giving them a call if you need their service.But if youve had some bad luck that requires you to seek their service. Dont let your predicament color the way you act.Youve had some bad luck. They are there to help and they are happy to do so.They will treat you with respect. But, not if youve got a bad attitude. Ive got a feeling they tend to mirror whomever they are dealing with.Its not their fault youre on the side of the road in what was supposed to be the first day of your vacation. So dont act like it.I believe the bad reviews posted here, are just that. People that know how to act. And these guys simply showed the customer how they were acting.Be nice. Comment: I was in a car accident in Key Largo recently where the responding officer called in Guys Towing to move our vehicles from the road. I live about 2 hours northbound and had already called AAA to have my own tow truck drive me home, but the officer told me because we were blocking traffic whoever got there first would have to take my car. I asked him if it would be possible for the company he called to just move my car to the side of the road or to the gas station we had crashed in front of. The officer told me that its up to the towing company, and if they want to be jerks they can go as far as bringing it to their shop and charging me for it. About this time Guys Towing pulls in and I get a call from someone from AAA and I tell him whats going on and he told me that hes 5 minutes away and hurrying and not to let them touch my car. So I walk up to one of Guys neon vested employees and I said I have AAA coming and asked if it would be possible to just move my car to the gas station. He says he has to ask the officer, comes back and tells me that the state trooper said that I have to comply and hes not allowed to take it to the station, that he, by law, has to bring it to his shop. Which, going by what the officer had told me not 10 minutes prior, was a complete lie. Luckily the AAA tow truck, contracted with All American Towing showed up just before Guys actually moved anything, and he got my car hooked up before Guys even put a finger on the other vechicle. Now, Im not usually one to write reviews but being a frazzled 20 year old girl, I was absolutely livid when I realized Guys Towing lied to me. To exploit such a situation for profit seems horrible to me and I am so grateful All American was able to get to me so fast. Ive had to wait for AAA to tow me a few times in the past, and this was the quickest response in all of my experiences. He let me snooze for the ride home, and was very polite and good at his job.

Comment: We pulled into Key Largo after 5pm with a flat tire from a nail. When I called a little after 5:30pm, they answered and told me to come on over first thing in the morning. We did just that just finding the shop to be very courteous, helpful, and very quick to fix the tire. I would highly recommend them. Thank you for taking care of our emergency.

Comment: I was running an antique car (79 VW Beetle) from Orlando to Key West and then back up to Northeast PA. Got to Key Largo and broke down. All American came down to Tavernier and picked me up. Recommended a hotel and dropped me off there. I decided to arrange shipping of the car back to the Northeast, which is what I should have done from Orlando, and they were kind and generous enough to store the vehicle for me until pick-up by an auto carrier could be arranged. Great place. Its a guy and his two sons. Good folks.
