I had lost my one and only key to my 2006 car and every where else that I had called said they couldn’t or I would have to go through a long process to get a key.Called late Saturday afternoon after their business hours but was able to be the first appointment the following Monday, they were on time, got my key done faster than I thought and they staid to make sure it worked before they packed up to leave. Within 15 minutes Theresa returned my call. She was with a customer & told me she would call when she was finished. She did as she said she would. This was on Friday & by 10:15 am on Saturday the job was done. They called when they were on their way. Arrived earlier than our 10 am appointment & was finished by 10:15 am. Dennis had me use both fobs to verify that I understood how to use them & that they worked properly. They also lubricated all my entry locks & checked that the emergency key fit/worked in each one.I would highly recommend All Around Town Lock & Key. Theresa & Dennis are great!

Comment: I have a 2000 Ford Explorer and the keys went missing. I called quite a few places and got some astronomical estimates. I gave up trying the traditional route and asked a friend if they could help out. After that didnt work I called All Around Town. They picked up the phone quickly and were able to fit me into their schedule. They were there in less than an hour. After examining the truck they determined that the ignition was destroyed and had the parts to replace it. Comment: I called on a Friday afternoon before Fathers Day when everyone was trying to go home for the weekend. Not only did they call back but they also met me and made me a key. Battery & bulbs said I had to have 2 keys since I have an integrated key head transmitter which I accidentally burned while cleaning old mail from my car. I could unlock and start my car but had to pull the fuse to the horn or disconnect my battery because the alarm would go off every time I turned the car off. Talk about embarrassing. I was at a complete loss , the local Ford dealership parts department wouldnt even answer their phone any of the times I called. I was worried about messing up my system driving like I was. I called and 10 minutes later they were at my office. 10 minutes after that the key fob was programmed, e-key was cut, and I was back in business. Before I found them I ordered a replacement fob online and they were able to use it but I found out they also carry OEM replacements as well so if youre ever in the need just call All Around Lock & Key.

So from 3.5 hours away I had to do the leg work for her and call to find a place who could go out there and make her a FOB/key since it’s a push to start car. I called him later in the day with what seemed like a terrible problem: A key was stuck in a door – it would not come out and it would not turn either way, as if it were cemented in the lock. Dennis was busy and not able to come to High Springs at that time, but he offered to try and talk me through it and said he would call me back shortly. In the meantime, I took a picture and sent it to him. He called back in 5 minutes. At first he suggested checking to see if the lock mechanism and cartridge had become misaligned. That was not the problem. Then he said it looked like the key was upside down, and had I tried shaking the door. It worked!!! A very simple solution. I am so grateful that he was willing to help despite clearly having other work to deal with. I offered to send him a check for his time, but he declined and instead suggested a review would be helpful. Dennis earned some angel wings that day and, based on the other reviews for All Around Town, he is doing that every day he comes to the rescue. Thank you so much Dennis!!! 😊

Comment: This is a really great business. They went above and beyond to help my family out of a sticky situation while on vacation. Dennis and Teresa were done for the day but hearing our plight they came out to help us. We had the reprogramming code for our missing key and they were able to drive to our house and cut us a set of keys for a very reasonable price in about 20 minutes. Hopefully we won’t have another key lost on vacation but if we did, I would happily all around town lock and key.

Comment: Dennis is the man. He answered on a Sunday. Agreed to meet. Was earlier than expected... on time its impressive but he was early! He made me a key based on two key parts in hopes it would work. It was a broken key to a utility trailer lock. Got home and it didnt work. I called and he agreed to meet again. Made two keys, tested them in my trailer lock to ensure it worked. Didnt charge extra even though I was willing to pay it for coming all the way back outside of town to help me. Thank you for providing excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

Comment: I locked my keys in the trunk in Branford, and All Around Town drove out from Lake City to help me it. It was a new model Camry, so the alarm went off and the trunk locked once the doors were popped open. They pulled out the locking mechanism and reset it so I could open the trunk. When the keys were not in the trunk, they offered to make me a whole new key so I could drive away. It was a hot mess on my end, but they could not have made the experience any simpler. Great people, great price. 10/10, would recommend.

Comment: They showed up to the appointment on time, not a second late. They provided a key as well as the programming of said key. The vehicle was a 2005 Ford Freestyle. They had really great customer service and were very pleasant to be around. Id use them again if the chance arose. The prices were a steal, and way less than what I had anticipated, considering a dealership was wanting to charge me $450 more than what this company charged me. Great company.

Comment: This guy is amazing. He will go above and beyond to make sure that all is perfect with the service that you had. I myself had A new fobb created by him and it worked flawless but after a few months it began to act a little screwy and I called him up and faster than I could blink, he came to my work replaced it reprogrammed it handed me a brand new one fab at an amazing discounted price. Comment: Lost my key and needed it replaced. The dealership wanted me to tow my vehicle in and then charge outrageously to replace the key. Was advised by Southern Auto here in High Springs to call All Around Lock and Key who scheduled me quickly, arrived exactly on time as scheduled, was really nice, and provide service at my home....Cant beat that. I plan to tell all my friends that Dennis can save them when a key is lost.
