Comment: We were out of state and our daughter called saying she had locked her keys in her truck in Port St. Lucie. Unfortunately she could not find her spare key. I called All County and they came right out. She was quite embarrassed when the tech opened her passenger door by simply pulling the handle. Apparently that door was unlocked and she didnt check it. The tech was super nice and did not charge her for the visit. Great people at All County Lock & Key.

Comment: Brought my 2013 Hyundai Sonata here to get a key fob programmed for my car. They went above and beyond what I would expect from a business in terms of trying to help me out and making me comfortable at their business. Every single employee I interacted with was friendly & helpful.Unfortunately the key programming was not working despite their best efforts. I found out later that the problem had to do with my car, and nothing they couldve done wouldve worked to get the new fob programmed. Hyundai ended up having to replace a module in the car in order for the programming to work again. With that said, if I ever need a fob programmed now that my car is working again I will come to All County because of their great customer service.

Comment: Recently moved to PSL and locked the Uhaul keys IN the cab when I returned it. I found All County (as it was nearby) and asked for help. I gave the locksmith (sorry, I dont remember her name) some numbers to attempt to recreate the key but no luck. I returned and gave her the bad news. She then used her knowledge of her industry, thought outside the box and ended up creating a match. I was quite impressed and will use All County exclusively. Their knowledge, service and dedication were way above any expectation I had. Just another reason why brick and mortar businesses are so important to society!

When it died I had the dealer replace the battery and when I went back to tell them it still did not work they just said it must be the chip, so in other words they blew me off. I have always worried that if the one working key fob I had went bad it would be a big problem. Today I went to All County Lock & key to see about getting a replacement fob. Come to find out the fob works fine! The dealer had just put the battery in backwards. Thank you All County for taking the time to help me with this and to make sure everything worked well before I left. From now on they will be the only ones to replace the battery and to do any other work I may need.

Denise and her daughter answered all of his questions & concerns. She made sure to call me when the equipment was in office and I ran right over. Comment: I have a 2003 Saab with only one Remote Key. I called ACL&K and spoke to John Jr about having a spare made. He informed me that that Rkey was no longer available BUT maybe I could find one​ on eBay. I found a Refurbished one with new OEM Electronics​ at a good price and brought it to ACL&K. John Jr Laser cut the blade and with John Sr and a assistant, put the Rkey in the ignition, attached some sort of Diagnostic​ equipment to the car and Programed the Remotekey !!!Everything was done in 20 minutes AND at a good price.ALSO I had them make some plain keys that open the trunkand the door without the alarm going off. I hid two of them in different locations under the carusing those question shaped spring clips and​ because the keys are so thin, I keep one in my wallet. So now I keep one Rkey in my pocket and the other locked in the trunk. When I go to the beach I lock the car with the other Rkey then open the trunk with the Plain key, throw in the Rkey and take the Plain key to the beach. If I should loose it, there are two more under.the car.No more worries about loosinga key and being locked out !!!THANK YOU SO VERY VERY MUCH for your QUICK SERVICE and EXCELLENT WORK !!!! 😎
