Comment: Bill was so awesome! The power went out and even when the power was restored our garage power did not come back on. We had no house keys with us. It was Sunday evening, Fathers Day and he was here in 20 minutes. It took forever but he got in our front door and saved our night. Thank you so much Bill...forever our locksmith and our neighbors.

Comment: 9am on a Saturday, we realize the keys are locked in the van. This gentleman shows up within 15 minutes and opens the van within 10 more. He was professional and non threatening. I would call him again, even if I didnt have a male with me. A safe service thats fast, friendly, and local.P.S. I only added the non-threatening part because its hard for us ladies sometimes. I mean no harm.

Comment: I used All Locked Out yesterday because I locked my keys in my car, again. The owner let me know that he was currently working on another job but he would try to get to me within 30-40 minutes. I got a call from him maybe 10 minutes later letting me know he was on his way. He got to me way before 30 minutes. He was SO nice and courteous. He was able to unlock my car within minutes. After unlocking my car he asked me if I had a spare key, I let him know that I used to but I didnt anymore. He asked for my keys to make me a spare FOR FREE. All together it took about 20 minutes. He gave me my keys and the new spare he made for me on the spot and in his words said, Its not that I dont like helping people out, I love it! But Id rather you have a spare instead of having to call. Such an amazing person!

I paid 55 which I wasnt thrilled about but I definitely needed access to my home and you cant put a price on quick. For what I needed I am not complaining. Thank you! Although I ended up not needing the service in the last moment, they were absolutely great - willing to put me in the busy schedule, asked the right questions (making sure that I am the owner of the property), and very calm during my panic call. After trying for nearly 2 hours to get in with my Dadโs help, I decided to give up and call a pro (on a Friday evening). I stumbled across Billyโs All Locked Out and boy am I glad I did.
