Of course they wouldnt answer the phone when she called looking for them.She called me in tears, as I was out of town and wasnt able to bring her my key. I reached out to CARMINE @ All Safe. Comment: Found this place through Google (because Google has everything) and called them to install a deadbolt that made me nervous to think about. I got a call back within 45 minutes and an appointment within 2 hours. Carmine arrived on time and successfully installed the deadbolt, even discovering the ancient door frame wasn’t cut/drilled deep enough. He fixed that issue, installed some better security screws, and helped me to fix the problem I missed when I installed the door handle. I enjoyed my brief conversation with Carmine and he’s a real character! He knows his stuff, that’s for sure! I will definitely keep these folks on speed dial should I ever run into any issues in the future.

Carmine got to her car immediately and unlocked it because he was worried that someone would smash her window and steal her car. He then took her key to her work and gave it to her.We are in a different state from her, and this is her first time away from home. Carmine treated her with the care that only a parent would understand. It made a stressful time SOO much less stressful. I brought it down they were very kind redid combo and of I went. They made sure I was able to open it several times before I left the shop. I thought that was very kind. 5 STARS for thatNow 10 plus years later I am having a heck of a time trying to open my safe. I no longer have the cards they gave me with the combination just have the combination in my head. But I do remember where I went somewhere in Hudson. I give it a shot call the locksmith and its the same one i used 10 years ago. go figure.I spoke with Carmine explained my situation. Ive been trying to get into my safe for at least 3 months now. I must say he is the kindness most helpful person I could have asked for. He walked me thru the entire process. explaining to me that the tumblers were like a gumball machine they needed to line up. Most locksmiths would have probably made an appointment charged me alot of money for something that Carmine took the time out of his day to walk me thru it and got me into my safe. I am grateful that his business is still open and people like himself are still out there. IF I COULD GIVE HIS COMPANY AND CARMINE A 10 I WOULD BUT 5 IS AS HIGH AS IT GOES. Within minutes carmine calledme back and explained to me that there may be two different options. One may have a chip and one may not have the chip in the key. Suddenly I found myself stranded on a Friday night at the last place I wanted to be... work. I feared the worst...1-2 hr delay from previous experiences with subpar locksmiths. I have used them to unlock my car, but did not realize they can also make a new key fob. Not only was All Safe Locksmith able to re-make a key fob, but they did far less than the dealership was going to charge me and they came to my home. They were great. They even told me I have a warranty on the keys. Now I know who to call when I have Automotive Lock/Key issue. Wonderful service!!!!

They said between $150 & $175 would be the charge. They got here in less than 2 hours and had 2 keys made in 20 minutes. Cost $151 just like they said over the phone. Granted the keys do NOT have a chip in them, so it was easy to make new ones. No bait & switch, honest, very reasonable. Will use then anytime we need a locksmith.

And having them rekey them they would not fit in the door.. Carmine offered to rekey the correct ones at no extra coast. They go the extra mile.
