Comment: Excellent service. Very nice people. I needed another KIA key for my vehicle and they gave me great advice. I have a 2016 KIA Sorento with the key fob. They suggested that if I just wanted the spare key and not the fob, I would save a lot of $$. Luckily me type of key was easily duplicated by them and works perfect. I highly recommend Amity Lock & Safe. Id give them 10 stars if I could. Also I really like that they have a shop that you can walk into, along with their mobile services.

Comment: OK, listen, this shop and customer service is off the charts. Been dealing with this nightmare or a situation for a roof rack system for a mini cooper. Amber, the person that was helping me, did everything she could to help get this situation handled. This roof cargo box is massive and a pita to maneuver. She figured out the keys, helped me get this thing out the back of my truck, and even crawled in the back of my truck bed to get it closed. Very nice person and will come to this shop for anything else that I may need because the customer service was so good. If I could give 10 🌟 I would. Thank you all.

It was a Saturday and my oldest and I were getting ready to head out to our regional championship baseball game, when the key would not turn in the ignition.We only have the one car and i was struggling to find a ride to the game, when I realized, I would have to concede to fate (and money) and call a lock smith to get us to game on time-we do not live close to the park as it the tournament was held at as neutral site an hour from the field.Justin arrived with in 30 minutes of my call, and when hearing of our situation, refused to do any work on my truck, because he insisted on driving us to the ballpark, so we wouldnt miss our game.I am beyond grateful for his kind heart and outstanding customer service. Justin dropped us off at the park, doubled back and replaced my ignition switch, AND then drove back to the park (an hour away) to give us a ride back to my truck.Im still in shock that a person, today, would have this type of compassion and work ethic to help a stranger.I would like to say that it was a perfect day, and that we rode back with the trophy. Unfortunately, we lost in the last inning, boys played their hearts out.Justin was amazing, I still cant believe what he did for us.**side not, for coming out on a Saturday, I also could not believe the price for a Saturday emergency call. By far the best rates in the Tampa Bay area, five stars all around

I needed a new key fob programmed for my Jeep Cherokee, which was a tricky process but the guy didn’t give up and tried multi fobs, was very patient until finding one that worked. Extremely friendly staff and went above and beyond to make sure he provided the service I needed. Only paid $255 for what other locksmiths were trying to charge over $500+ for. Highly, highly recommend if you need a key fob programmed.

Comment: When I replaced the locks on my daughters house, I had replaced them with the Kwikset Smart Key locks so that I could easily re-key them when needed without having to replace the entire locks. Yesterday, I needed to re-key them for her, and dummy me didnt read the directions all the way through before starting the re-key process (which is very easy and Ive done it before). Anyways, I messed it up and I thought I was going to have to purchase new locks, but I was able to take the lock to Amity Lock & Safes shop and they were able to re-key it for me, saving me a lot of money. If you want an honest Locksmith, this is your local company. I will definitely keep them at the top of my list if I ever need a locksmith again.

Comment: I needed a couple keys cut and programed for my 2011 F150...I stopped in and spoke with Justin and Dave, both very friendly and helpful. They explained everything upfront about cost and the process to do the job. While Dave had the computer hooked up to my truck, a couple of error codes popped up unrelated to the key job. Said there was an issue with my O2 sensors, he let me screen shot the computer and he went back to work. After I left I looked up the codes and found my Oxygen sensor Purge Valve was faulty, I picked one up locally and replaced it....no issues and no more error code... Thanks again for the fast and fair job on my keys and an extra thanks for finding that error code in the truck...will absolutely recommend you guys to anyone that needs a locksmith.

Only a few places around that can make copies of these high security keys besides a dealer having to get it made by the factory.
