I knew that once I walked in and saw all the JL audio products, I knew I had found the right spot.I have to say I am very pleased with the installation of my 1k watt Amp and JL sub. I learned a few things in the process, and I was treated the way a customer should be. Additionally, I learned they specialize in marine audio, which was a plus. I waited roughly 3-4 hours which was more than reasonab, e given the work being performed.To this point, the installation has exhibited professional results. I havent seen one exposed wire, and under the hood was completed with perfection as well.A special thanks to the owner (I believe) for working a good deal for me. There were streaks of water all over the place exterior of my car and water spots all over the paint. I know this place isn’t a car wash, but it’s things like this after I paid a pretty penny for a service that should be taken into account. The inside, there’s dirt or dust or something on the seats that were clean when I gave them my car. I don’t expect to have to get a car wash (both interior and exterior) after a window tint. Look, they did what I asked but something simple like wiping the water away would take this place from just fine to great.

I was going to go with the less expensive Alpine but Im glad the dude talked me into getting the JL Audio. Perfect sound for what i wanted. For the amp i went with the Clarion. Dropped the car off, went across the street to big johns plaza to eat & have a drink watch tv. Went back couple hours later and the install was done. Clean install, good service. (also the install/labor was 30% less than what the other place qouted me). Glad i decided to go with this place.

Theyve always been 100% professional and done excellent work. Theyre clear about what work theyll do, no surprises with the prices, and they stand behind their work. I dont know what else you could want.

I had them install Sirius and Bluetooth modules in my 2006 Lexus (since the dealers price was 3 times their price) and for some reason there were some bad problems with compatibility. It took several trips (trying new components to get this issue straightened out), but they didnt give up until it was proper. Couldnt be more please with the service. Thanks Glenn and Steve

Comment: Had windows tinted on two cars, gave me a discount. Also tried to fix the remote of one of our cars instead of making me buy a new one. They spend about 40 minutes on it but they couldnt fix it and they didnt charge me for trying (they would charge $35 if they could fix it). I also didnt purchase a new one so its not that they wanted to sell me a new one instead. The owner is very nice, they all are very professional and the tint looks good on both cars. Seems like the other reviews are other shops advertising their own business while tearing down this one. Totally uncool.

Led me right up too what I and wanted and then left it to installers. they said it would be great and it was. Not as expensive as I thought it would and I am one happy user of a new sound system which I can use and I love it. I highly recommend Auto Sound to anyone who wants a job done really right.

Comment: I have stopped by this place and had a speaker box made. Good service. Quick. and the price was reasonable.Im actually on my way back to have a whole system installed. They seem reputable and from word of mouth, they were recommended.I did stop by the other place and even with being a family member of a friend of a friend to the owners daughter....wow....they wanted to take both my arms with the price they quoted!!Plus.......I can even tell that some of the reviews are bogus. A 16 yr old would not use the terms that were used in the review. And.....if you look at them....you can tell it was the same person doing them....by the way they typed and used ( ) in both reviews. Come on guys.....being competitive is one thing but being conniving is another. Learn how to play nice with others. My business is going to Auto Sound and not the other guys.
