Comment: I could not be more happy. They went above and beyond what they were required to do and they did it with a positive attitude. I had a key fob that was refurbished and after they cut it it broke. It did not break due to the work they did. The key fob was refurbished and refurbished poorly. He said to go get another one and I will take care of you and he did. I will not go anywhere else

Comment: Bob and his co-workers were very informative, they are really good with full knowledge on the cars and their key fobs. They worked for some time on my car and did not charge me a penny as the Key was not programmable. Its not their fault but they were humble people.

Comment: I have been TRYING to get anyone to cut my Prius key for weeks in St. Pete. I went somewhere else and they destroyed both Keys. I was in and out in litterly 4 minutes here. Amazing prices. Ive used them before for a duplicate key for a gate key. For safety sake for car keys, make sure you bring registration. *****ALSO, the key cutter is on and off site throughout the day, just call ahead, so you can plan ahead**** Theyve taken care of me twice and I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!! If you have a Prius in STP or Tampa, come HERE(and other vehicles).

Comment: I went to Bob on three different occasions as I was installing a vintage door on my home. First visit I needed a mortise lock cylinder. Bob was not only able to sell me a cylinder, he had a choice of finishes. He keyed the lock for me to make entry into my home seamless.I went back to have the locks spring latch reversed and then to bring in a Striker plate that was off by a fraction of an inch. Bob put them on his workbench reversed the latch and then filed down the striker until it was a perfect fit for the lock. Bob made working on this 90 year old lock assembly look easy.As someone that works full time, I find that this stores Saturday hours are very convenient. Saturdays hours are sporadic, so call before you go, yet you will often find bob in the store Catching up on paper work.So... If you are working with old doors and their locks, keep this stores number in your back pocket, cause youll most likely be beating a path to their location..

He was very respectful, gave me all my options and made sure the job was not only perfect but that the space was CLEAN afterwards. I won’t be using any other locksmith!

Comment: Great Guys! I have an older small Sentry safe that was stuck shut with a bent key (maybe the safe had been dropped?). It had been in my closet this way for about ten years. They got the safe open, straightened the key, lubed the lock and didnt charge me! Wow! Thanks Guys!
