Comment: My son lost the only keys we had to one of our cars. We did not have a spare at all. I called and they gave me a quote of 2 different prices depending on the system my car had. Unfortunately, my car had a older system and the computer needed to be removed for reprogramming at their location. Carlos, was really informative and knowledgeable of what he was doing. Again he kept me updated at all times. He indicated he would be back that evening or in the morning. The next day he ran into an issue where he could not flash the computer locally and had tried everything.He gave me two options of returning my deposit and I can go somewhere else or he can overnight the computer to Miami where they had the capabilities to do it. I really was not in a hurry, so I went with the later. He thanked me for the trust in him and assured me of the entire process and covered the shipping. Now, It was Friday and I thought maybe Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week. Monday morning he calls me that he had it back.I am more than happy with the work and service provided.
