Comment: I visited CK’s Lockshop a couple of times before purchasing. On the first visit Marc explained so many things about choosing a safe. He was a plethora of information. The last time I went I thought I knew exactly what I wanted. That’s when TB asked if I’d be interested in a larger safe for the same price. What?!? Show me. Because of manufacture and store promotions I ended up getting the larger safe for less because it came with the accessories I was adding on with the smaller one. Their guys delivered my safe today. They put a ramp as to not damage my door sill or frame. Very respectful! He explained how to reset the combination and all other functions too. I am very happy I purchased my Liberty safe from CK’s.

Everyone is super friendly, knowledgeable and professional.Making an appointment with CK was very easy. I called another company first but I think I got a call center in another country. The other company said someone would need to call me back for an appointment. I didn’t want to wait.CK answered immediately and set an appointment and gave me prices on the call. They sent text reminders and Greg showed up promptly within the time window they indicated.I was very impressed with Greg. I have a rental property that needed new keys and a keypad entry. It turns our job was a little more complicated than we originally thought. Greg was great and spent time with us installing and setting up our keyless entry app. Super nice guy, very courteous and patient with all of our questions.Would highly recommend CK’s Lockshop and use them again.
