Comment: MY family and I were stranded with a flat tire on I75 on our way to Bush Gardens and what seemed like only 5 minutes later Paul showed up and saved the day. He was fast, thorough, friendly, and literally saved us from what we thought was the end of our trip. What wouldve normally been a 1-2hour wait on the highway with AAA took less than 20 minutes with Paul. He made it so we could safely continue our family trip. Comment: Needed a jump start on for my battery. I called classic road side assistance for help. 5 minutes later a police officer stopped where I was at, he had jumper cables and offered to help. I called clasic back and told him help had arrived. He was already on the road to come and help me when I called him back. He said no problem, I will turn around and go back to the shop. He said, glad you got help. I would highly recommend them, especially at 2 am when youre stranded.

Comment: We have AAA. Using this service was 10x’s faster. AAA is not safe for young single females waiting on the side of the road for 3 hours. (That’s how long she had to wait for AAA with a flat.). My husband the last time with AAA had to wait over an hour. This service was only a 30 minute wait max.Paul was very knowledgeable, very efficient. I like the ap to let us know exactly the time frame on his arrival which AAA doesn’t do. Definitely rethinking road side service for our girls. Definitely using this service again. Price was less than some other competitors.

Paul w/ Classic Roadside is one of the best I’ve encountered. From the start he communicated and handled all the details quickly and professionally. He got to our fleet vehicle very quickly and made the repair very quickly and at a very reasonable price. Comment: This rating is not enough to tell you what an exceptional, humble, hardworking person Paul is. It was a little after 3 am, I’m on my way to Tampa International Airport on I75 and got a flat. I was flying to Texas for my mother-in-laws funeral. Paul responded in less than 20 minutes. I didn’t have the equipment to lower the spare so he could change it. I asked Paul if there was any chance I could just leave my truck and he take me to the airport, 30 minutes away. Paul did not even hesitate, he said, “ yes ma’am, I can do that”. Let me just say this exceptional young man, not only drove me to the airport to catch my flight but was going to try and change my tire either way, he said he’d find the tools. When I got my flat and pulled over I started praying and asking God to please not let me miss my flight, I didn’t because he sent me Paul. The insurance company estimated a wait time of 30-60 minutes but Paul got to me within 20 minutes. He called me as soon as the request came through to confirm my location and safety. He kept me updated on his arrival time and when he arrived he was very kind. He quickly assessed my car, checked all my tires, and replaced the blown tire.
