Comment: I picked myself out of my vehicle as I often do and haven’t had to opportunity to get a replacement key made. Insurance covered the lock out and coastal keys Locksmith came to do a lock out. He had it open before I realized it and was less destructive than others who have came and unlocked my truck. He also was able to take my key and made a copy for me on the spot. I have struggled for over a year with anyone locally that could get a basic key made because it doesn’t have any chips or electronics in it. Coastal Keys Locksmith will get all of my business from now on.

Comment: Great experience with Coastal Keys Locksmith. I lost the only key to my 2013 GMC Yukon. Wanted to use a local locksmith and found Coastal on Google. I called and spoke with the owner. He gave me a quote to get me into the vehicle with a new key.He arrived at the time promised and made short work of getting in and creating a key. He had the proper equipment and knowledge to program the key on the spot. I asked for an extra key.I received the original key as promised with a fob at the quoted price and a reasonable price for an extra key. The proprietor was professional, courteous, and stuck to the job while still engaging in small talk. Definitely would recommend Coastal to friends and family.

Comment: I lost my one and only key to my vehicle. Pure panic about codes, towing, key replacement, everything.I called them first because of the reviews. Very quick to answer the phone and wanting to help. Confirmed all my questions on the phone about what would happen and what I should expect. I thought the price was kinda high, as Ive never been through this...I was SO WRONG! Calling many others in the area and wanting a $50-$75 fee for being less than 5 minutes beyond the county line...This company was the best priced and was willing come same hour/day, but I was not able. They set an appointment for me instead for my convenience. Early to the appointment, which was AMAZING, because Im considered an out of the way/middle of nowhere customer.Absolutely NO hastle. Completely respectful and honest. Fixed my issue.When there was a thought about the key being an issue, I called, they came out, went through things with me with another, Just call me, Ill make it right.You cannot put a price on that.

He came as soon as I called him and got it done just in time for mothers day! Comment: DJ at Coastal Keys was awesome! He kept me updated with his arrival time when he had an emergency lock situation come up prior to my appointment. I needed an extra key and fob programmed for my vehicle. I had already bought the key and fob from Amazon so there was no guarantee they were going to work. DJ worked tirelessly to get both the key and fob working. When the key could not be programmed and cut to work, DJ provided a different solution and I got a working key and fob. DJ is very accommodating and will come to you. If I am ever in need of a locksmith again, I will definitely give him a call.
