Comment: Called them on Monday, appointment the following Wednesday! Travis told me he would be here between eight and 930 and he showed up a little after 8 AM. He fixed our problems with our locks, keyed all of our doors the same, and advised us how to match the keys on our external buildings to the same key. Coastal lock and key will absolutely 100% be the first person I call if I ever have a need for a locksmith in the future. I highly highly recommend this company!

Comment: I’m not from the area and decided on Coastal Lock and Key after looking through the reviews and products that they offered. My husband and I wanted to install a Schlage Encode but we weren’t sure that it was possible due to the lock that was on the door. Travis assured me that it could be done, we discussed possible options, and he sent me a picture of what the lock would look like after installation. Travis replaced the lock on our front door and re-keyed our storage room. He was professional and was kind enough to walk me through setting up our new encode lock after installation. I highly recommend Coastal Lock and Key.

Comment: Travis from Coastal Lock and key was wonderful to work with. He installed a wi-fi lock on our condo front door so we could feel more secure about who was entering our place. There were some problems/compatibility issues that arose during the setup process (not Travis’ fault) and he was VERY patient while making multiple trips to our condo to try to get this resolved in a timely manner! We definitely recommend him and will be using him for all our locksmith needs in the future.

Comment: We were locked out of our Travel Trailer....that we have as a result of Hurricane Michael as most do! We called and Travis answered immediately and indicated he would be on his way. Arriving within a little over an hour he immediately introduced himself and went about opening our trailer. Our furry family was more than happy! Given he had to come from Panama City over to Port Saint Joe (actually Beacon Hill) and without hesitation said, Im on my way. What a response! Highly recommend this company!

Comment: I cannot say enough good things about Travis and Coastal Lock & Key. We were having trouble with a Nest lock on our condo door in PCB and we couldnt get into the unit. We were a state away and at the mercy of finding someone local to help.. With guests arriving the next day, I called Travis in a panic. He took the time to familiarize himself with Nest and assured me he could get in. Travis was at our place by 7am the next morning. Fortunately, the master code on the Nest worked (nothing else would) so he didnt have to break it off to get in after all but we had him go ahead and replace it with a more reliable Schlage. He helped us set it up online using his phone so wed have instant access to it via wifi from our phone in Ga. He was friendly, knowledgeable, fast, helpful and very reasonably priced. Travis was a life saver in a panic situation and Ill be recommending him to everyone I know in PCB. If you need a locksmith, use Coastal Lock & Key!

Comment: I called at 9:46 pm to be let into my home, it is now 10:20 pm and Im in my pjs typing this review out on my phone, Coastal Lock & Key is awesome!!!! The gentleman that came out was courteous, knowledgeable and great at his job. The price I was quoted was beyond reasonable. As a.matter of fact, I was quoted $15 more by a local competitor. Its nice to know that we have a great local locksmithing company that we can rely on. My only complaint is with myself, for not writing down the techs name. Thank you, so much Coastal Lock & Key!!!
