Comment: First- We all know anything being towed is usually a bad start. With that said, CTS impressed me from A-Z. Avery at the call center was pleasant and helpful. Thanks Avery! Now- the Big Kahuna- Art. He is the Man. Our van was broke down at a customers home where he was working. There was a paver covered circular driveway. The homeowner did not want the flatbed coming onto the property. So, Art had to push the van(Chevy 3500 one-ton) down the driveway to the road. Then he put it on the flatbed. Drove it to our place. And then unloaded it. He was just as pleasant and helpful as Avery. Thank you CTS!

Comment: My wife had a flat tire, in a car with no spare, and a highly overpriced dealership/manufacturer Roadside Assistance program this afternoon while driving the Courtney Campbell Causeway. After having her tow cancelled twice by the roadside assistance program, and a two and a half hour wait, we called CTS Towing and Transport. Brendan, who was working dispatch was quick to get a truck out to us. Both Brendan and our driver Jeff were professional, fast, and courteous. Their rates and pay system are more than reasonable and extremely user friendly. In an industry rife with bad reputations and actors, CTS Towing and Transport is a beacon of excellence and decency. Also as classic car enthusiasts, we have found a new transport company when we buy, sell or trade a car. Great company.

After a very difficult night the last thing I wanted to do was deal with a shady towing company who might have damaged my project car. They were the complete opposite- very professional, and straight with me and the car was stowed in a spacious, clean lot. The car was undamaged and in clean shape. I want to thank them for being so decent in an industry that can often prove otherwise.

It was a special move of a non running vehicle with one seized wheel that wouldnt turn, but that didnt daunt Christian who knew exactly what to do and how to load it. He even gave us extra care to get it lifted and onto wheel skates so I could.maneuver it into our garage. This is our second awesome experience with CTS and their professional team helped make each move easy, painless, and a great value. Highly recommend!

I called CTS and the dispatch let me know there was a driver close by and he would be there in 10 min. He was there in 5. They also let me know I can submit my receipt to AAA for reimbursement (which many friends are telling me the same ) if I could give this company more than 5 stars I would. Comment: DAN V. is an anomaly!!!! My car decided to malfunction Easter evening and AAA was ZERO help. They strung me along for 4 hours so I gave up and called multiple tow companies in the area. One company I contacted recommended CTS and thank goodness they did! Dan V. came out with a flatbed and saved my night. He was patient and methodical avoiding further damage to the fender, treating it like his own. I almost settled for Seminole Towing & Recovery but after reading their reviews and realizing I could be another one of their victims, I canceled my request. Comment: I Had to get a 40 foot shipping container moved from Orange City to Zephyrhills. I called/ contacted on line several companies. It started to seem like it was going to be a problem meeting a deadline. I called CTS and spoke to Bernadette all I got from her was No Problem It was quick and painless with a reasonable price too.That was not the best part of it! Rick the driver contacted me and kept me up to date at each step of the move. His skill as a driver is unmatched. The area he had to work with was limited and not level dirt/sand. He wheeled it into place after repositioning the axels several times to keep traction and keep the tires touching the ground. He was totally methodical, precise and quick as well. I am buying at least 4 more containers and moving them is not a concern anymore. Thanx Burnadette, Rick and CTS!!!!!

I called her almost 10 different times to ask her questions and she had answers for everything i asked and was so aptient with me. When i went up there to get my car they told me i would have to wait almsot 45 minutes until someone got there to give me my car and they ended up juat making me wait a few minutes. Comment: I had the displeasure of having an accident in Clearwater last week. I called Clearwater Towing and was shocked when the tow truck arrived even before the officer completed his report. The officer was very nice however his lack of knowledge of the vehicle (a big Enterprise rental truck) that hit me was non-existent. The tow truck driver Allen quickly guided the officer on things such as how many axels the truck had, make, model, etc.... If it wasnt for Allen and his knowledge he provided the officer, I would probably still be there.Next, I dealt with a lady named Tina in the release office. She has the unfortunate task of dealing with people who have their cars towed.... She was very professional and helped me make sure I had the appropriate forms filled out and signed prior to the insurance company coming and taking my car. Further more she guided me in removing all my personal belongings from my vehicle. Tina was absolutely exceptional and professional in her duties. She made sure all Is and Ts were dotted -however her delivery of the companys responsibilities was exceptional.I know that typically when dealing with a tow company it is under bad circumstances, however the employees at CTS made my situation better.Thank you Tina and Allen!!!

Comment: Clearwater towing came out to a commercial grapple truck fans dump flipped over. Life safety issue with 20,000 pounds of wood in the back. CTS heavy duty tow truck was able to lift it and put it on the frame again. This a very high risk and hard specialized situation that required very experience operators and $500,000 tow truck. Hands 🙌 to Shaun and team. Highly recommend!

Comment: Murph came out and moved a very difficult large container from one end of our property to the other. We had called out another towing service first and they were unable to help us. They actually suggested Clearwater towing, stating “those guys can move anything”Murph was able to fairly quickly figure out what to do and how to do it. He was extremely conscientious about not damaging our property or the container itself. Overall 10 out of 10! Good job Murph!

Comment: Fast professional service.. I called 3 different tow companies to get a 25,000lb man-lift unstuck.. Joes was the worst quoted me $450/hr and told me I could probably find someone cheaper.. Comment: My Tesla had a flat on Labor Day weekend on Clearwater beach. Even before arriving, Murph the driver, noticed my tesla and called to make sure I knew the shop I was dropping off to and if they had the special tire & knew how to service it.He was very knowledgeable about Tesla and was excellent at hearing my concern, educating me on options, and ultimately helping me decide to tow it to Tesla near my house to be dealt with when they open.Before leaving, he also offered me cold Coke and Water as it was 95 degrees. Highly recommend. These guys are true professionals. Thanks again!P.S. You know they’re good when they were recommended to me by another tow company who couldn’t get to me for 2hrs. They said call CTS. I guess that’s why they’ve been in business 18 years with great reviews.

The gentleman who came out was very courteous and I hope we get him again when we need to put the RV back. I get the feeling the job was somewhat more complicated than they bid for due to the narrow space between our house and yard coupled with the narrow residential street. He called a spotter to help him but made it seem like all he does all day long is move giant loads around tight turns. I definitely recommend CTS Towing and will be calling them again.

Comment: Had just got off work and found my newer Tesla Model 3 with a screw in sidewall. I was going no where. Tesla contacted Clearwater Towing Service to tow me into Tesla Service center. To say the least I was worried. Tow my Tesla? Jeff D. showed up with the nicest flatbed tow truck I have seen. He put all my fears to rest. Jeff knows Tesla. He has been trained special on them. No tow hooks, no chains. My Model 3 was strapped down with tire straps, looked very safe. Jeff D. did a great job making me feel better on a bad night. First a special thanks to the Clearwater location dispatcher I think her name is Brenda ( please forgive if thats not her name) Im a retired police officer of 27 years in New Jersey and also a United States Army veteran. The service from this company was absolutely perfect from dispatch to tow truck driver. Steve the driver was extremely polite professional and courteous some things you cannot count on from other companies. My vehicle was located in a very bad intersection and I was told the arrival time would be 90 minutes , then I received a call back in the next 5 minutes and I was told my vehicle would be expedited. My vehicle was towed to a location without any problems and I was extremely grateful for the services that CTS provided. I wish I could give more than five stars. Dont ever be hesitant to utilize this company. Job well done

Comment: I trashed an axle on my boat trailer and it was stuck with boat and expensive heavy outboard in an unsavory area. Rather than repair axle/spring/tires or risking one more night out; I found like-new trailer and bought it next day and got it back to Clearwater. Now I needed to move the entire 2000+ lbs boat attached to crushed axle, blown wheel frame to the water to switch trailers. I called late and expected to have to risk another night guarding the boat. I heard good things at the Marina about CTS and despite it after 6pm I called CTS and got Chris who immediately understood the scene and cleared with the company owner to promptly dispatch truck 76 and their amazing transport tech Murf to the rescue.Besides some emergency road work myself 40 years ago, I had an 2nd generation Floridan Charter boat captain friend who came to lend me a hand. We were both impressed how many ways Murf took precautions to protect the board while we loaded the 2000 lb mass, moved it all to the marina and transfered the boat off into the water for the trailer switch ...AND how efficiently the time was used. Result, within the 2 hour minimum we had the entire mass moved, the boat transfered to new trailer, frame gone with us all paid up and on our way. CTS took away the remaining twisted stripped frame, which I gifted them for scrap/salvage value. A win win. CTS (Murf, Chris, the owner and rest of team) amazed my group and has apparently done the same in the boating community.. I will now use CTS as my go-to tow and transport team for boating, properties and business matters. The final job was outstanding. Highest rating to Murf, and the entire CTS team. RMH

Comment: Gene was incredible! We did not have an easy job for him and it turned out to be an even bigger pain in the butt than we could have ever imagined. Gene was helpful and patient with us the entire time and really went the extra mile to ensure he could help. I cant thank him enough! So grateful he was the one who helped us yesterday. A real life saver. AND! To top it off, he wasnt even supposed to be the one doing the job! But nonetheless he was kind and after such a long day still left smiling. Great guy!

Comment: Needed to replace an engine in my yacht, called CTS for help with the job. From start to finish these guys where AMAZING, spoke to Brenden who was super knowledgeable and reassured me that they would send a Rotator truck that would squeeze into the tight space at the marina. Adding to the great experience Kenni followed up with me the next morning to update me on my ETA. Icing on the cake a big beautiful truck showed up with a nice man named Shaun who knew exactly what he was doing every step of the way, confident in his truck and ability these guys are no amateurs. Comment: I needed a quick tow to the repair shop and called CTS in Clearwater. The young lady that answered the phone was friendly and attentive. A driver showed up in about 20 minutes. WOW! Were off to a great start! The driver, Mark, was friendly and had my F 150 loaded up in a jiffy and we were off to the repair shop. This took less than 25 minutes and I was very pleased with the entire procedure. Great Job to Mark and CTS!!

Comment: Jeff Donaldson was my driver. He provided exceptional service. Anytime you are in a situation where you need towing, you are definitely having a bad day... however Jeff came to the rescue. Had a great conversation with him while he gave me a ride to my destination. I for got his name but he was the guy with a big beard and a bandana on his head. Also a pretty good price for the tow.

Comment: I wish I could give more than 5 stars. After the day I had these people were exactly what I needed. I waited almost FOUR hours for Victory Towing company to come pick up my car that broke down. I was next in line for that whole time, also called them 4 times and they kept pushing out my ETA. My insurance company told me to cancel them and call a new place, found these people and did just that. They said they would be out within the hour, I was hearing that all day from the other company I almost didn’t believe them. But here they came 45 mins after I called. Mark was amazing and respectful and just awesome! I probably thanked him a thousand times! Thanks for the wonderful service!!! I needed it bad!

Comment: Update-I was called by Clearwater Towing and they showed (what I believe) is honest concern about the situation. They did their best to make this right.Spoke to the dispatcher and was told 1.5 hours. I agreed, it was rush hour I understand. Then I was told 2 hrs. Finally showed at 3 hours. I was still trying to be understanding. Things dont always go as planned. After the truck was loaded, I was informed there was no room for me and my passenger. So after paying $180.00, I get left stranded on the side of the road(in a walking cast) to find my own way. So I get to also pay a cab $90.00! I could have had a ride if at any point this would have been mentioned. Very unprofessional.

I had heard horror stories about other transporters keeping cars for weeks and losing peoples cars. CTS really came through for me. No hidden fees whatsoever like Ive experienced with other companies. They got my truck home safe so I could get her running in the morning. Comment: We had a complicated day but Allen made it easy. A ZR-1 and Lexus had to be delivered for repairs to two different garages on a flat bed trailer. Our tow truck driver Allen made it easy and efficient. He took one then the other. He had them loaded quickly, checked and securely tied down in no time. He noted that the ZR-1 had a problem with the door that was scheduled for repair. We talked about it before he left and he knew I was concerned. Each time he delivered a car to the destination he call me to let me know the cars were delivered safely with out incident. He made sure that the shop receiving the ZR-1 with bad door was very careful in opening and closing the door not to break the glass. Allen goes the extra mile and does it with a smile. Super job! Thank you!

We were about to embark a 1200 mile journey and clueless on how to drive the truck. He stayed with us for over an hour explaining things. He went way above and beyond. Comment: I was in pretty dire straights yesterday as either my fuel pump or fuel line ruptured while I was on my way to work, right in the middle of heavy traffic in Pinellas Park. My engine died, so my power steering & brakes court seized up. I barely missed hitting a car that was turning and rolled into a parking lot on momentum alone (barely missing two pedestrians and several parked cars, along with a dumpster at the edge of the parking lot).At the referral of a church member, I connected CTS Towing and they promptly sent Mike B out with his flatbed tow truck. He was VERY nice and ensured me that hed get my truck taken care of and transported to our house so I could work on it after work. He definitely saved the day and did it with a smile! Even my request to drop my truck in a certain spot under some trees so I could work in the shade was met with a, You got it! I totally understand... Ive worked in Customer Service for close to 13 years now, and thats exactly the type of empathy & assurance that a customer wants to hear!Id highly recommend CTS Towing & Transport in Clearwater, Florida to ALL of my friends & family! Im glad we also now have a company to personally reference should we need to a tow in the future!! Kudos to Mike!
