I called during the day to let Dennis know I would be arriving from out of town at around 3 AM his time and asked would he be able to meet me. He said absolutely. Once I landed I confirmed my more exact arrival time and once I arrived he was waiting on me at the end of the driveway. He did what he said he would do , showed up at the obnoxious hour of 3 in the morning before me, no waiting on my part and provided excellent service to someone from out of town who had been traveling for more than twelve hours and didn’t gouge the bank account. That is what I call compassion, an amazing person and unbelievable outstanding service. This is the kind of business we need to stand behind and I hope you do.

Comment: Just this past July 4th, we were out enjoying the low-key fireworks (sparklers, snakes, spinning flowers, and smoke bombs) in our backyard. The wooden block we use to keep back sliding door locked at night fell over and locked us out of the house. All the other windows/door/garage panel were locked, we had to call a locksmith. Its a good thing, we had our phones with us, looked up for assistance, and called. This was the first time we had lock ourselves out of the house. With a nervous youth who didnt like the noises of fireworks, we waited for about 16 minutes before MR. D came. Mr. D was very polite and very good with our friendly Labrador as well. Mr. D thought it was a good thing I kept doors/windows lock tight and good at, since we also live near a busy area. Mr. D got our sliding backdoor open, while he polite talking to our dog, and I had happy nervous youth, very calmed Labrador, and a at ease Nana.We were very happy to find a locksmith willing to come out on a holiday as well.
