Comment: This company was outstanding! We just moved into a new apartment and one of the locks was faulty. The other door had a door block behind it so we were completely locked out. Their staff showed up within an hour of our call and changed out the lock in a jiffy! They were very professional and extremely efficient. We would highly recommend this company! Comment: 24/7 and this company provided really fantastic service above and beyond what I expected. They handily fixed our lock even though a previous person had told us that it was beyond fixing. They were personable and extremely knowledgeable. Very fair and transparent pricing too. Highly recommended!

Comment: Dave was very professional. He arrived on time for our appointment and got the job done (interior locks and smart lock install) quickly and efficiently! I could not remember the Wifi password to pair the new smart lock I had installed, Dave waited until I spoke to my carrier and got the issue resolved. Once resolved, he went over the devices functionality and answered any questions I had. He was extremely patient. I would highly recommend him!!

Comment: Locked out of condo at night. DBMS arrived in 15 min (gentleman left company card but not his name). Got the lock open in less than 5. Also took the time to quickly fix a loose lock plate while he was at it which I appreciated. Price seemed fair to me and lower than I expected for an emergency call. Overall great experience. Thanks!

Comment: Incredible service! I was locked out of my home, gave them a call, and they arrived 25 min later! I had to make several calls, and they were extremely patient and helpful when problem solving. Very honest about the prices and had absolutely no damage to my door. Whole procedure was done in 10 min - would recommend to everyone!
