Comment: I made the fatal mistake of never making a spare key and had to bite that bullet today when I locked my keys inside my car. Deep Blue Key was not only *very* reasonably priced, but also friendly and arrived within ten minutes and was finished in less than two. I highly recommend giving them a call during those panicky times!

Comment: If we could leave 10 stars, we would! Ronnie came to Ft Walton from Navarre to unlock and create new keys for an owners closet. He was on time, friendly, a great conversationalist and honestly made our day a lot brighter. He gave us extra keys and was so reasonably priced!! Doing it ourselves would have taken more time and more money in the long run. Thank you so much for everything!! I’m sure we will be calling again when we need him!

Comment: What a great guy. I had my entire house re-keyed, he even went to Lowes to get some replacement deadbolts and didnt charge for the trouble. Extremely reasonable, and so pleasant. I know who to call anytime I have any problems.I highly recommend!!!

Comment: He showed up within 15 minutes and had my keys in my hand in another 15. He gave me good advice on where to get a spare made that just unlocks the door in case this happened again. SUPER nice man! It cost me $50 with the military discount applied! Other companies wanted $70 to $125. Some said it would take up to 2 hours to get to my house. I actually waited for 2 hours for one company to have a man show. They never showed, never called. I then called Deep Blue Key and I am very thankful for them being a someone I can count on. I highly recommend them!

Comment: Mike with Deep Blue Key arrived quickly, in the pouring rain, at night, and unlocked my car while NOT overcharging me or charging an after hours rate. That was great! BUT....he didnt stop there. He noticed my key was in the on position in the ignition and suggested I check to see if it would start. Dead battery. So, he decided to help me jump start the car, but the car would have to be pushed back to access the battery. Well, the car was stuck in park. So, Mike YouTubed how to manually release the park, did it, and pushed the car back. Then he used his own cables and got my car up and running. Did I mention this was after hours in the pouring rain?! Thank you, Mike, for providing excellent service and going well above and beyond to help me!

Comment: I tried on several occasions to have a spare key made for my 1989 Honda VT1100 with no success. I lost my key! I pulled the ignition and a few days later had it back with two keys! And very fair priced!!! Best damn locksmith ever!!! Thank you very much!!!

Comment: I called Deep Blue Key this morning to see if they could rekey a lock on my house. They were very professional on the phone (which is not always the case around here). Keep in mind that it is Sunday so I was not even sure if they would come out here without charging a huge additional fee. They said no problem and showed up 15 minutes early (again, unusual around here). I had the wrong style lock which I ordered online. Deep Blue immediately said, I can go to Lowes and get the right one with no extra charge for the trip or commission for the part. I am sure they can not always be this helpful, but to me, it showed their character. I had a different company work on my locks a few weeks ago, and I wont mention them by name on Deep Blues review, but their work was horrible along with their customer service. My new locksmith is Deep Blue Key without a doubt.

Knowledgeable and friendly, they can turn your bad day good again. I cant say enough about these people.
