I had lost my key on a push to start car and everyone else told me they couldnt do it but he saved our bacon and at least tried where others didnt even make the effort. Super friendly service and very informative. I would highly recommend him!

Comment: I was with a friend who had lost her keys in the middle of a mud run. When we originally called, we were told that it wasn’t possible to replace the keys due to the year make and model, and since the car was push to start. Which is completely understandable, considering we had called around a few locksmiths and got similar results.However, DNA Locksmith continued to think about how he could help us and decided to give it a try and called us back! And got us up and running again!Hopefully you don’t lock yourself out, but if you do, call DNA!- Edward B.

Comment: I was so lucky to call DNA Locksmith today. I have a 2010 Mercedes and I live in the villages. Oh, and yea I locked my keys in the trunk. I waited on the phone 30 minutes and could not get and answer at the Mercedes Road Service and another 15 at AAA. I called a couple places and they either didnt work on Mercedes lockouts or they didnt come to the villages. I was freaking out found these folks on line on Saturday at about 5:30 and Derek answered the phone. They came to my house with 30 minutes and worked on my car for 2 hours. And Yes, they got the trunk open by going thru the back seat with a stick and some duct tape. This fellow worked and tried every possible way to release the security system and finally figured it out. This is a guy you can trust, he did not give up and was as nice and polite as you could wish for. I recommend him and would gratefully call him again.Jackdie Moore
