The staff is very humble, communicative and friendly. It’s always a great pleasure doing business with them. They are very trustworthy and have a high level of integrity. Erick and the mechanics were very communicative about the issues and the repairs, they fixed it quickly, and it runs as good as ever now. Comment: East J&J auto sales did an outstanding job fixing my car I have a 2007 Mercury Grand Marquis I have to have a door control module replaced first I took it to the dealer the dealer said it would take three to four weeks to get my car back EastJ&J auto sales only took 3 days to get the parts and about hour to replace the parts. Customer service were outstanding the receptionist Zina was very helpful see what I call a people person very professional and courtesy I will tell all my friends to take their car for repairs to East J&J Auto sale I would never take my car back to the dealer no more. I am glad I took my car to ease and J&JAuto I am happy with the service they provided me I will be back again

Comment: These guys are great. I had a 2013 Genesis with electrical issues. After going to 3 different shops They were able to diagnose the problem and fix it under what my budget was. Excellent work and customer service. Would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone having an issue with any vehicle.
