Comment: My husband and I were on our way to Orlando for our honeymoon(driving from MO). His car died while we were on the highway, I called FastHook and they have been nothing but simply amazing. We called and Parker got a truck sent right away. Our driver, Tim has been so great to us. He helped us make a plan, made recommendations for hotels and did everything he could to make us happy. Once he dropped us at our hotel, he even asked us if we had gotten dinner and offered to take us to the store. He even helped us out the morning after getting situated with a rental to finish out our trip. We appreciate the kindness and support throughout this whole stressful journey. Thank you guys!

Comment: Had an amazing experience with FastHook! My Dad and I were driving from Michigan to Florida towing a boat and had a tire on the boat trailer fall off. We called FastHook and they were there within 30 minutes to get the whole boat/trailer towed. They are even fixing the trailer for us! Could not recommend them enough. They alleviated a lot of stress in a scary/stressful situation.

Comment: I was in an accident that totaled my car. Ive never had to deal with insurance and such for a major accident. I had one of my daughters with me and Parker and Cassandra gave me a peace of mind and made me feel so confident everything would be okay.They said they would take care of everything and were so sweet and kind. Comment: Absolutely amazingly wonderful company. Our car was hit by a deer on I75, couldn’t drive it. Called FastHook, they came in 10 min. Tim, our driver was a dream come true. Our 5 hour drive was a delight even at 3am 😂 clean cab, we were able to ride in truck. Very professional. Better than AAA❤️👏👏

Comment: Tim was awesome! He went out of their travel area to pick us and our car up. We had a serpentine belt shred apart on US 90 on a Sunday afternoon on 06/25. It was a very hot day and the first thing Tim told us when he arrived was for us to get in the ac in his truck. Tim was able to get us to an open repair shop and even went out of his way to bring us to a softball tournament which we were late for. I cant give enough praise to FastHook Towing and Tim. Highly recommend giving them a call if you need a tow.

Comment: We cannot thank Parker and FastHook enough for their help. We had a tire blowout on I-75, and the closest place with our tire in stock was the Tallahassee Volvo dealership. He towed us all the way there after hours, then went out of his way to take us to the hotel we reserved for the night. I hope I don’t need his services again, but if I do, he’s the first person I’m calling!

Comment: I was driving late night with my newborn baby and two other kids when my tire went flat I was stuck two hours away from home only towing company I could find was this one so I gave it a try I spoke with Cassandra which was an amazing dispatcher from the beginning she was very attentive very kind and very caring I was panicking because I had my newborn baby in the car and she reassured me that she will get me help in as soon as possible and she kept her word because the amazing Alex was to my rescue within 20 to 30 minutes he was able to change my tire and have great customer service in conversation as well very caring move very fast make sure I had air in my spare and I was well on the road before he left me I appreciate this so much very amazing experience you will not be let down from confiding in this company thank you guys again

Comment: They were there to pick me up within 30 minutes of calling which for me is a first. They did a great job changing out my alternator which in a Nissan Altima v6 isnt an easy job for some reason. The tow rate was very reasonable and the cost of the repair was also fair. He got it done the same day as well I really couldnt ask for a better experience with a mechanic/towing service. Parker was really nice and helpful I would absolutely recommend this shop over others ive used in the area. Next time my money pit leaves me stranded I will be calling these guys again.

Comment: This company is AMAZING. We are traveling with two dogs for the holidays across country. Parker not only got us safely to the Mechanic’s, he waited and offered to get parts if needed. Once we realized we would have to wait until morning for parts and would have to stay at a hotel, he drove us to the hotel with the dogs and all our luggage and he wouldn’t take a tip. Great Job Parker!!
