Comment: So far only had them come to my house for some suggestions on what I should get, which they were happy to do. Ill update this after the installations are done as well. Other places I called only had one type of lock or couldnt work with sliding glass doors. They had answers for everything. Some locksmith services seem as random as an Uber driver, many really rely on lockouts and quick replacements for broken locks as well. I felt like I was working with someone that knew locks and wanted to be sure I knew my options.

Comment: Paul was amazing! His rate was incredible, he did a perfect job fixing my car key, and was flexible with time to fit me in at a last minute request. Another company quoted me 4 times Pauls amount for the exact same job, saying it was because they were a mobile company, but thats what Gainesville Locksmith did and it was a much better customer experience. Highly recommend!

Comment: Our mailbox key had stopped working and we were told by USPS that we had to get a locksmith to complete the job. I filled out a request on several websites and within an hour Gainesville Locksmith had emailed me back with a quote for the job to be done. I emailed them back saying I would love to use their service and told them I was available today. They called me back within the half hour and said they could come out in an hour to replace my mailbox keys. Less than an hour later he showed up, explained that he was going to make sure it wasnt something he could fix first then would replace the lock if needed. 20 minutes later he was finished and handed me two new keys. The total was $71 and change. Thank you so much for quick, easy, and seamless service!

Comment: I live in a rural location, about 30 minutes outside of Gainesville. I lost my only car key. I called several mobile locksmiths and Chevy dealerships. Gainesville Locksmith was the only one that was able to get a key made for me today. Paul was professional and quick. While I hated to have to pay the price I paid. It was reasonable when compared to the quotes I received AND I was able to get a key today!! Thank you very much.Update: needed to call again today! Comment: Lost a part from my car key in the woods and after calling 3 different locksmiths in town, Paul was the only one available - thank goodness for the 24/7 service. Paul and his assistant worked efficiently and thoroughly to make a replacement key for my Honda CR-V. My only complaint, which wasn’t worth knocking off a star, was not getting an estimate of how long it was going to take in the beginning - it was nearly 2 hours. All in all, thankful for a new key and the craftsmanship that went into making it - would choose them again.

Comment: We had Paul come and look at some doors that werent working properly in the office. He was very straightforward and knowledgeable about the options we could take. Soon afterward, we decided to change out the doorknobs throughout our preschool for newer ones. Again, he came out, was very easy to work with, and had the whole thing done on a teacher work day, less than a couple of hours.Would highly recommend Paul to anyone!
