Comment: Thomas McEniry helped me on a Sunday morning when I discovered my truck had a dead battery. He tested the battery, told me what I needed to know to get the correct replacement, and gave suggestions to me to extend the battery life. He was prompt and efficient and gave me good advice. He charged the battery and I was able to replace it the same morning. I highly recommend him for his knowledge and his courteous manner. He gets five stars from me.

Comment: Amazing service! After waiting over 3 hours for AAA to send someone after I locked myself out of my car, I called Gulf Coast directly. They were out to help me in less than 30 minutes. The gentleman was very friendly and got in my car super fast! I highly recommend this company!

Comment: I was introduced to Gulf Coast Roadside Assistance because AAA sent them to do a battery service on my Father in law’s car that had broken down at a gas station. Ted referred us to Tuffy’s to have it looked at. But he went above and beyond. He followed me in the car to drop my father in law off and then to Tuffy’s. He stayed at Tuffy’s to explain to them what was going on. All in all, because they didn’t have another service call to get to right away, he spent about 2 hours just making sure we got taken care of. From now on when I call AAA and I need roadside service, I will specifically ask for Gulf Coast Roadside. And Ted told me that AAA is good about trying to honor that request. Thank you so much, Ted!

Comment: Not only was it 1:00am, but I was a female who was alone at the time. My insurance company did not even respond with their availability for 30 minutes. And then, it would have been another 90 minutes for their service provider to arrive.Thomas and Ted were extremely polite and courteous. Thomas answered the phone promptly and explained the steps Ted would take to connect with me. He was very professional and immediately made me feel at ease. Ted contacted me to let me know when he would arrive and also called me when he pulled up next to me. He changed my tire and then also followed me, while I was on the phone with him, for a few miles, to ensure all was in working order.These guys are terrific and I could not recommend them highly enough for roadside assistance. I would like to give them 10 stars out of 5. A++++++++. I am extremely grateful for their services. HIRE THEM. USE THEM. SUPPORT THEM.

Comment: Heaven sent!! Helped out our college daughter while she was at PCB for spring break! Her car wouldn’t start. We live 7 hours away, we called them on a Sunday, & they had her car up and running in a few minutes!!! The technician even followed her to Autozone to get coolant. Worth every penny!! Ted was amazing, explained everything to her and made her feel safe❤️

Comment: Flat tire on a Friday night on the side of the road. From the initial call all they way through getting back on the road I was in great hands. Everything was explained to me up front and the tech that changed my tire was so very helpful. I even drove off with a piece from my trunk on the ground and he made sure I got it back. I could not have been more pleased!

I can’t thank you guys enough, after a long weekend and trying to get home, our battery was dead and super early in the morning, called everyone I could based on my search, nobody seemed available or wanting to help, specially on Labor Day, Ted came to us within 20 minutes, the battery was so dead that Ted helped us out and followed us to the nearest auto shop, superb customer service, so eager to help and assist on an already stressful morning, thank you guys so so much!!!

Comment: An associate of ours locked their keys in their vehicle at a grocery store while working out in 30A and we could big get any locksmiths or tow companies to answer or come out being a Saturday. I called gulf coast and they had a driver out to the location extremely fast. Both the associate that answered the phone and the driver were very professional and communicative. Pricing was the best I’ve ever paid for any towing or roadside assistance, let alone licksmithing services. Will highly recommend

So I found these guys, and from the time of placing the call, to having a running car again... no more than 40 minutes. Terrific service, and Ted is professional, courteous and made sure of everything before he left. Five Stars!
