Comment: Locked my keys inside my car at John Pennekemp park, was told between 40 to 60 minutes someone would arrive to assist me, which was fine because I was enjoying the Cannon Beach area, the driver was there within 15 minutes ....I kick myself for not getting the drivers name, but he was fantastic unlocked my car within seconds! Comment: They were very nice and helpful but the price was unreasonable. They gave me a used, wrong-sized tire for $125 and told me to drive 90 minutes home and buy the right size from another shop. Thats one expensive band-aid. Im grateful they were open on Sunday and so helpful but I just wish they were priced more reasonably. A used tire in my hometown is $40 and thats for the right size one, and I understand paying for the labor but this should not have been over $60. You guys were so kind and I love what youre doing but I hope you can consider being more fair to those of us who also work hard for our money.

Comment: What a great company! It was a last minute trip to the Key West on a Sunday. Nothing was available to help except Guys Towing. We needed a radiator hose fixed. They went to the store for us and got everything we needed. Then came back to a hot parking lot and fixed it for us. Excellent, prompt, and reasonable service.

Comment: On our way to Conch Key, our truck just stopped running. We called around & Guy’s was the only one to answer. They dispatched right away & even sent out a bigger truck to accommodate the entire family - we still had to get to our motel. After pickup they took our truck to their shop for a free diagnosis. On our way to the motel, knowing it was getting late & the Key where we were staying didn’t have any restaurants or grocery stores, the driver offered to take us by the grocery. That added an extra 30-45 minutes to his time, but no extra charge. We had such great service that we requested AAA to use them on the way home (145 miles). Unfortunately, there was another provider of long haul on the AAA list that came first. Hopefully you’re never in a position to need a towing service in the Keys, but if you do, I recommend Guy’s. Side Note: they are one of the only towing services that do long hauling in the Keys.

Comment: Guys Towing saved our vacation!! A big thank you to the crew from Guys towing for saving what started out being a vacation from hell. After being in minor car accident in key largo guys towing provided prompt professional service. They provided a ride for me and my family to our hotel room while They towed our car to thier repair facility and dialed us in with 2 rims and tires as the rims and tires got damaged by hitting the coral rock and they delivered the car when it was done which was in a timely manner the price was extremely fair considering it was a Sunday Guys towing goes above and beyond thank you again !
