Comment: Multiple great experiences with this local company. An example was when every door in our house was locked up. Hamilton wasn’t available immediately so we called a national chain. The national chain was unable to open the door. They spent over an hour working to open the door. After over an hour trying, I was able to get Kevin to come and open the door.He felt bad he wasn’t available immediately so he took care of us. Great service and happy to support a local small business.

Comment: Kevins level of expertise and professionalism was amazing. Our safe would not open, so we called the Safe manufacturer for their recommended local locksmith. The first one we tried was a miserable failure, they blamed a malfunctioning test tool, left and never called us back (2 weeks). We called Hamilton and Kevin showed up and had us working very quickly. That saved us having to drill the safe for $500. Thank you, Kevin and Hamilton!!

I experienced my worst nightmare on Thanksgiving after not being able to go home to family and all of my roommates being out of town with their families, Kevin was the only locksmith in Gainesville that picked up the phone or was available to service; Kevin even went out of his way to bring Thanksgiving dinner after I had thought everything had hit the fan; he not only deserves a massive raise, but all the business. My true Thanksgiving hero.

Plus, they are always available during the weekends too. Always during the week, you will get someone on the phone. If I call during the weekend, someone always calls me back within the hour. Sometimes sooner. Hamilton Lock and safe is a family owned company and they treat all their customers like family. They understand if you get locked out of your car or house. They understand the frustration that occurs during this time of need. That is why they are prompt with their response and most likely already have a person in your neck of the woods. They deal with customers all through Florida and depending on how urgent the matter is, sometimes they are willing to go out of state. My point is, Hamilton Lock and safe is reliable. You can always count on their services and complete the job with 100% customer satisfaction with affordable prices. I highly recommend their services.

Comment: Hamilton saved the day for me when I was having a very Monday Monday! I locked myself out of by boyfriend’s business at 8am and knew he had a client coming at 9am. I was lucky enough to flag down a Hamilton Lock and Safe van and the locksmith sprung into action - opening the door within minutes. Without them we could have had a very annoyed client, maybe even more than one since we couldn’t get in touch with the employee with the spare key! I could not be more grateful for their kindness and abilities!Side note: it’s probably better to call than hope for a van to pass by. 😂😂

Comment: Kevin was a amazing. He had to literally crack open a 60 year old safe and do so without damaging it bc it has sentimental value. He spent 4 hours on day 1 and made call to another safe cracker. That guy told him good luck because getting that Army grade safe open is nearly impossible. Kevin tried to drill it open and nothing bc the safe has 2 layers of military protection. I thought my family heirloom was a waste but NO WAY.K came back on day 2 with a fresh mindset and opened the safe in less than an hour. He was by far the definition of committed and professional. I can not say enough about how wonderful his craftsman ship was. What he does is truly an art form and I am a customer for life. Thank you so Much for saving my safe.
