He first confirmed my proof of ownership of the house before he started working on the lock. He then opened the lock without any visible damage. He also explained the rates to me based on the complexity of the lock and the time of day that I called. I thought the rates were reasonable.Overall, I was very happy with the service that I received from Hialeah Locksmith. They had a fast response time, reasonable rates, and quality work.
