Comment: My wife and I were in the Inverness area visiting family and ran into some unforseen vehicle problems. Being that we were from WAY out of state, we had no idea who to call and where to have our vehicle towed to for repairs. Weve heard nothing but negative stories about going through AAA so we decided to cut out the middle man and give Hooks recovery a call. The owner, Ben, was awesome! He made us feel like family. He was there in less than 10 minutes, gave us a recommendation on which garage to go through, took us to our rental and then towed our vehicle to the garage He recommended. Our vehicle was fixed within the day and we were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation with little time lost. I cannot thank or recommend Ben and his company enough!! Hopefully Ill never need a tow service again while visiting, but if I do, they will be who I call for sure! ☆☆☆☆☆

Comment: I needed a tow and called AAA. Which is a joke, waiting over 2hrs with nothing. I called hooks so that I could then pay out of pocket. Hooks was great, they were at my location within about 30 mins. The driver was very accommodating since I needed a ride as well. If you need a tow call hooks, he was upfront and honest with the cost as well. Would definitely recommend.

Comment: I set in the parking lot at the doctors office all day waiting for AAA to come pick me and my daughter up. Coming to find they was never gonna come, so my husband called this guy and he came within minutes to pick us. This is was amazing and he was so nice to tow us back home .

Comment: Had to use hooks after AAA left. My wife and daughter stranded in the Florida heat for 6 hours. He showed up within 15 minutes of the phone call and towed them back to our house. I cant say enough about this company. Dont make another phone call. Just call these guys to come to your rescue. Will definitely be using them for all my recovery needs. Comment: First of all Id give 10 stars if possible. This is the company you want to call. My 14 year old pickup broke down at walmart and I stressed for hours what I was going to do. I dont have any of that extra money some people do lol. This company gave me the best quote for towing and gave me the quickest arrival time on top of that. When he arrived he told me it could be something very simple and had me on my way within minutes saving me the tow fee. Holy cow you dont find people that honest and willing to help other people out like that anymore. This company has earned my business and loyalty for as long as Im around here. Thanks so much to yall and I wish the best for yall. Turned a truly miserable day into something positive. I cant tell yall how much its appreciated.

Comment: I was stranded in the side of the road with a flat tire miles away from my home. My first thought was to call AAA and start a membership, but I Googled towing companies near me…first call was to Hook’s Recover & Towing. Ben answered and was there in minutes. He was was very pleasant and went above and beyond to help get me on the road. I ran into other issues because my lug nuts were stripped, but he ran back to his shop to take care of it and also to put air in my spare. If you need fast, effective and 5 star service, give Ben a call. Thanks again Ben!!!!!!

Comment: Absolute best of the best. Car broke down midnight on a Saturday. Had to get to Tampa by Sunday evening. NOBODY would pick up or charge a fair fee. I finally came across Bens company in the google reviews gave him a call and within an hour he had picked up my car from 75 and towed it too the hotel I was at to get my keys. He then took it to his place diagnosed it, put in a new battery and then towed it back to the hotel to me. I didnt have to do a thing except sit and wait and it was for ten times cheaper than any chain GoodYear type company! Hes the best of the best you better call him if you need car help!!

Kept me updated during the entire process (my vehicle had broken down and was parked away from home) and within 90 minutes my car was at the dealership. They most definitely understood my urgency in getting my vehicle to the dealer .....I was able to get it repaired and back in the same day!!!
