Comment: Larissa did an amazing job installing our smart lock. She took extra care after I mentioned the misalignment of our old deadbolt with the strike plate. After we tested the new lock, she went back and made a small adjustment to the weatherstripping to make the lock process even smoother. Very personable and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
