Since it was late in the evening, I could not get in touch with him for the lock box code. Desperate, I tried calling more than a half dozen “so call” 24/7 locksmiths to get me into my home. All responded with a technician will call you in 15 minutes. After 25 minutes, I’d call back and would be told no one is available until 8:00 am tomorrow. Finally , at 12:40 am, I called Ideal Locksmith 24/7 and within two minutes texted me he was on his way. He arrived and in no time opened the door. I never was so happy to pay for a service. He was so professional and one of the nicest people to work with. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would.
