Comment: My battery died while waiting at the park for my son. I called roadside assistance, the estimated time was 35-65 minutes. From past experience with other companies I figured the wait would be a minimum of 30 minutes with follow up calls. Imagine my surprise and delight that within 10 minutes of being assigned a company, I received a call from JHolmes Roadside assistance that he was at the park. The battery was restored within a few seconds. The gentleman was friendly, professional, quick, and efficient.I am extremely happy with the quality of service provided.

I called multiple locksmiths and he was THE ONLY ONE who gave me a price over the phoneOther locksmiths were telling me they needed to see my car 1st. Joe said 30 Minutes to get to me and he got there sooner. Price was more than reasonable. He takes payment in different forms(cashapp,Venmo etc) which was very convenient for me. He also provides roadside services as well. I will def call Joe for any roadside needs I may have.

Comment: I highly recommend Joe. All questions were answered in the initial phone call. He said he would be there in 30 minutes and he was even earlier than said. Got my friend back in her car and the price was great. Most places tried to over charge her. Joe does roadside assistance in addition to getting you back into your locked car !! Comment: Joseph saved me this past Saturday morning. I had waited for 3 hours for another tow company to come help fix my tire when they blew me off with no regards. It started after i was coming home after working over night shift. I called Mercedes road side assistance to help me and they sent the request to a tow truck company called jack rabbit who basically gave me the run around on the phone then dropped my request over 3 hrs later. I called Mercedes again and they sent Joseph. I was dead tired, hungry and just wanted to go home. Joseph got in touch with me in less than 10 min. Then there in 15 and had me on my way. And he was so kind to me. Totally changed my mood. Thank you joseph for your kindness and also your prompt response!

Comment: Very impressed. Some old guy pulled right into my car and busted the tire open, amongst other things. Holmes roadside happened to drive by and stopped and was able to takeoff my busted tire and put on my spare so I didn’t have to wait for a tow truck. Very professional. Very knowledgeable.
