Comment: I own a 2012 Kia Sorento. I lost the laser cut key and remote. Ricky saved us $200 verses what the Kia Dealer wanted to charge.His professionalism , expertise and service was5 STAR. The Laser Key and Remote were of excellent quality. He came to my home and was done in 30 minutes. Comment: Ricardo saved the day! Friday night the key head where the keyless entry split with the key stuck inside the ignition. I was able to get the key out, called Key Tech Force and Ricky said he could stop by early morning the next day. In a matter of less than half an hour, I received a new replacement key for a great price. Great quality work and exceptional customer service. A well-deserved 5 Star Service Rating! :)

Comment: It was a very fun Saturday night in Plant City, and I happened to lose my car keys. I was sleeping over at my friends house, and I live in St Petersburg so I was in a bad position the next morning. I called up all the places around Plant City, and everyone was so rude on the phone and could care less that I was in a bad position on a Sunday afternoon. Most of those lazy companies claim they dont do keys on Sundays.But I called up Key Tech Force and he could not have been more genuine. He said he would be there within 60 minutes, and he was there in 30. He said he would be done within 60 minutes, he was done in 30. So an hour all together for what wouldve taken 120 minutes! He was a genuine guy who cared about helping you out in a bad situation.My trunk was also broken and he helped me out with that as well. If you are in the area and debating which company to use, it really shouldnt even be a question.

They quoted me a very low price over the phone and then when they arrived they tried charging me over 300. I sent them packing. Later to find out that company was a complete scam. Beware. Called this company and they gave me a very very fair price and took care of my locks very quickly. I would recommend this guy to any and everyone. Hes a very nice guy. Comment: Ricky is very professional and genuine. He worked with me in coordinating where to meet as I was out of the house for most the morning. I provided him with a key that my husband had purchased online. After cutting the key, he informed me that the chip was defective and that I needed to contact the seller. He offered me several options and I didnt feel like he was trying to oversell or overcharge. To my relief one of those options was he replacing the chip, I didnt feel comfortable in purchasing another one online. Within minutes I had a fully operational key. After the extra charge for the chip, I still walked away satisfied with the cost (which was substantially lower than what dealerships charge). I highly recommend him and his services and will be keeping him as a point of contact for the future.
