Comment: It was very easy to use, it was a lot faster than having to find someone and having to wait on them to make the keys. The keys worked perfectly.

Comment: I like not spending time in line but the computer is a little laborious. No need for as much info as asked for.

Comment: About ten years ago I lost a key to my van...a key with a chip in it for the ignition. A dealer charged me more than $100 to replace it. Well, I lost that key and was down to one ignition key. Rather than go to a dealer and pay Lord-knows-what-they-charge-now, I went to a KeyMe kiosk at the Lowes in DeFuniak Springs, Florida.I put in my key, follow the prompts, and for approximately $120 (plus sales tax), I now have two additional ignition keys. The first key was about 80 bucks while the second was about 40 bucks.I did this on a Friday after lunch and the keys arrived in my mailbox six days later. I immediately opened the box and started the van up with one key then the other. They work perfectly. My only complaint is the heads on the new keys are bulkier than my remaining original Chrysler key, but its not enough to really worry about.Would I use KeyMe again? Definitely.Do I recommend using the KeyMe kisok? Yes!

Comment: The price of the standard metal key is extremely expensive. Less than $5.00 at Walmart, $29.00 here. Not paying attention to the kiosk to what I was purchasing is my own fault. I thought I was purchasing a Chip Key, so $29.00 would have been an excellent price, but by not seeing I was purchasing a standard metal key, I paid way to much. Before final checkout, they offer you an additional key for $14.00, which I ordered. Upon receiving the key(s) in the mail, they only sent one key. I called them and spoke to Jenny, a very friendly and knowledgeable representative. She apologized, credited my account for the cost of a key and gave me a code to input into the kiosk for a free key. Great customer service, just to expensive for standard metal keys.Tim York
