I tried to open my car with my key bent my car keys so not only was I locked out of my car but also not even able to start it. I looked on google and gave this company a call. He was on time, and half to a third of what the VW Dealer would charge me and considerably less than any other locksmith I called. He cut 2 new keys from scratch (I had no spare), he reprogrammed the remote, and even gave me the option of colored Fobs. He does all makes and models, VW, BMW, and alike. Im having him cut me a spare for my Porsche as well. The Porsche key wont give me all the remote features, but it will get me in, start and drivable in a pinch and for 1/5 the price of a spare from the dealer, thats good enough for me. (not his fault, its a Porsche thing) My new VW keys look and operate as good as OEM. On a side note, beware when you google locksmiths, often you are not getting an actual locksmith, like many repair and service company sites, you are being directed to a unknown marketing companys website, possibly locally or possibly in India, you dont know who you are dealing with. They then simply markup that price for their cut/commission. Do your research but when it comes to locksmiths, please just call Eli, you will not be disappointed. I know maybe too TMI for some on this review but when someone is so good, so professional, so honest and never let you down, you want to shout it to the world, so I am.
