Comment: What a great guy! We had just gotten back from Tampa and tried to open the door and our digital keypad was completely dead. I put the garage door up and realized the interior door was locked as well and I have no clue where that key is because we never use it. I reached out to him and explained the situation and he literally arrived within 10 mins and I was in the house a few minutes later. He was very nice, responsive , honest & efficient. Comment: I had an issue with my key not going in the ignition for some reason.My mechanic wouldve charge me around $500 to replace the key cylinder and I would have to wait 5-7 days for the part. A locksmith wouldve cost me about the same but I would end up with 1 key to start the car and another for the door. Ridiculous, I know. I must have called about 6 locksmiths.Then I called Levy. He tells me, you could probably fix it yourself. He tells me over the phone to lubricate the keyhole and try pushing the key while tapping it slowly with a plastic handle for it to vibrate the stuck cylinders. He says, I dont want to take your money for something you can fix yourself.Trusting Levy and with a lot of patience. The key would eventually go in and I was able to start the car. The best thing is that I dont have to spend a dime.Levy is amazing!!!

Comment: I cannot thank Levys Locksmith enough for what he did today. Unfortunately I locked myself out of my apartment and I have a high security lock on my front door. I was VERY concerned that that the only way to get the lock open was to drill it open or damage the door in some way. ANY OTHER LOCKSMITH would have done so. But this was not the case! He examined the key picked the lock such skill and grace!! He was extremely courteous and sympathetic about my situation and quickly did his job - and we even had a pleasant conversation while he worked.This locksmith can pick HIGH SECURITY LOCKS without damaging the door or lock!! When he arrived I was thankful, he opened the car and to our surprise the key was not inside. I was more than surprise, I was angry at myself. Levy even helped me look everywhere around my driveway and garage. Been upset about not finding the key I asked him if I could get a reduced fee. He ended up not charging me any fee, no service call fee nor any fees for unlocking my car door. I was very grateful for this gesture. Tried to get a locksmith who could open this for us, we did have a couple show up and say that the only solution was to replace the locks costing around $700. Levys locksmith showed up, he removed one of the locks and showed up next day with a Key. Could not ask for anything better. It cost me $125 to get a key and open all the locks. No need to replace anymore. Highly recommend this business if you have shutter keys lost.

I figured he would not come till Monday which would have been okay. Instead he said Ill be right over. He worked for a couple of hours and none of his locks fit the tool chest, so he took my locks to rekey them. Monday he called me and had both locks ready with keys to install.
