Comment: I rarely leave reviews but I was thoroughly impressed with Lightning Lock Service. They changed my locks on the house and made new keys on the spot. He changed my key pad code and showed me how to change it whenever I wanted, add codes for maids or workers, then delete them when no longer needed. He even fixed the door jam so that the locks engaged better, in which would prevent knowledgeable thieves from sliding the deadbolt back to the open position. Well worth the money. Don’t be fooled by the switchboard companies that send out your issue to non licensed scammers! Go local with Lightning. You won’t be disappointed.

Kwikset locks don’t have tumblers so can’t be picked.. drill out lock and replace.. Doug was able to access via another entry point. The price was very reasonable! Comment: If I could give more stars I would! Being locked out of my house with a little one late at night was awful. I called multiple locksmith companies who quoted me over an hour wait times before they can arrive and high cost plus service fees. Finally I found lightning lock service. He was at my house in less than 30 minutes and extremely reasonably priced! Within a few minutes he had my door open. I’m hoping I never get locked out again but if I do, I know who to call!

Comment: Wow! Great Experience ... again. First off Doug is a great, down to earth individual. He is also very responsive, which is critical in moments when his services are needed. Within minutes, I received a call back and within maybe 15 minutes, he was in my driveway. I had an unfortunate situation of being completely locked out of my house, with only options after analyzing the situation, was to break a window or with the help and idea of Doug, access the Garage override handle through a small gap we created at the top of the garage door. It took a lot of patience, trials, and teamwork, but we accomplished getting into our house without having to break anything. On top of all this, it was a Sunday afternoon! The first three locksmiths I called were unwilling to help because it was such an unusual request. Doug took my call on the first ring and agreed to help. Comment: After putting it off for far too long, I finally on a whim asked Doug to go out to our home to check our doors due to our front door handle pretty much falling off. Needless to say, we had some pretty significant security concerns. Doug picked up my key within an hour or so of me calling him, went to our house, checked ALL of the exterior doors, not just the one I was concerned about, replaced the bad/broken hardware and rekeyed the locks - all lightning fast; and all the while keeping me updated as to what was going on during the entire process while I was at work. I felt comfortable with Doug being in my home while I was at work and making it secure. He also took care to make sure our cat didnt accidentally get outside while he was working on the doors, which was extremely important to me as a pet owner.
