Comment: Jorge saved me when I was in a bad situation and is the first locksmith you need to call if you have a need. I flipped my kayak in the ocean losing both my cell phone and my car keys. I was stranded 1,000 miles from home and had no clue how this saga was going to end. I was able to borrow a phone and called a half dozen locksmiths. Jorge was the only one that genuinely cared about my situation. He went out of his way to make sure I got the help I needed as quickly as I could get it, empathizing with the predicament I was in, including referring me to another locksmith that already had the key fob in stock that I needed so that I would not have to wait until the next day or so when he would receive the part in the mail. Yup, Jorge took money out of his pocket that I would have paid him, to help me get out of my predicament even faster. Prior to all of that, Jorge quoted me a price, which was more than fair based on what all the other locksmiths were telling me. In short, Jorge is a man of integrity that truly cares about people, and thats the kind of person you want to give your money to.

Comment: Honest, fast and professional. The battery in my key fob was low, resulting in me locking the keys in the car. (The car didnt sense that the keys were inside. ) He was honest about his ETA and even suggested that I can submit a claim with my insurance for reimbursement. AWESOME SERVICE!!

Comment: We called looking for smart sense keypad locks for our condo doors. Estimated cost around 500. or so. I mentioned that the doors were going to be replaced as we were still undergoing reconstruction from the hurricane. He advised me to wait, and see what kind of door they put in, if they put in a hurricane door then the type of lock I wanted wouldnt work and I would be out the money I just spent for the lock.It was refreshing working with a business that was honest, upfront, reliable, and I will recommend them to anyone needing locksmith services. Because if anything we have learned from when a disaster strikes, how many good people there are who willing to help those in need, and how many unscrupulous people there are taking advantage of those very same people. Comment: What a terrific find in Lockout Specialist Locksmith! George is a wonderful man, so knowledgeable, and can do most anything that has to do with locks and handles. He’s unfroze some of our hardware at the house and got a door open to that hadn’t been open for several years due to a rusted lock! Amazing! Now all of our hardware is working great! Comment: It was late Saturday night and I was locked out. Knowing he had a half hour drive he got in his car while I was still speaking to him and said he would be right there. After about 15 minutes I found my key and called him. He was just happy for me that I got into my home and had zero attitude about the time I wasted of his. So gracious and a really good person. We need more business people like this. So lets all support his business.

Jorge was very friendly and professional and got to where we were at Island Grill in Islamorada very quickly! It was much appreciated since we were traveling with 2 small kids. Highly recommended :)
