I was stranded in Tallahassee due to someone stealing my car keys from me I explained everything to Lockstar on how the dealership told me 2 weeks for a new key and that I didn’t have the time for that. Comment: The battery in my electronic key died, so it didn’t sense that the key was still in the car when I locked the door. I accidentally locked my DOG in the car and panicked. I called 2 other locksmiths who did not answer their phones. Then I got lucky when I called this business. The man who helped me was very nice and literally had my car door open within 6 minutes of my phone call because he was nearby and came straight over. Unbelievably fast!! And the price was VERY fair; it was cheaper than a locksmith I used a couple years ago on the north side and definitely quicker. Overall I am so very happy; it could have been a complete disaster for my dog but instead the whole situation ended up barely impacting my day. After me calling them, canceling the call and then calling them back to have them go ahead and come out, they were very flexible and accommodating. (I did this because after thinking my lock was ok, it turned out to be broken and needed to call them back to go ahead and have them come out). They even made a few extra trips to their offices to locate the correct color of the lock I needed installed. They were able to reasonably diagnose what the issue was upon looking at some pics that I sent them via text at their request. They came out late in the evening and did not charge me any additional fees because of the time of day, which was a relief! The gentleman that came out, Serge, was literally done in five minutes. He was excellent and extremely efficient. He was able to accept my credit card payment on the spot using Square which I always prefer. The new lock was even nicer than my old one. Comment: Be aware that there may be an additional service fee or other fees on top of what you are quoted over the phone. Seems like a good idea to get that squared away before the tech gets started on your job. That said, ask for Tim if you have the option. The man is a solid professional and absolutely a customer service oriented individual with integrity. I never write reviews, but I had to take a moment to write something up for Tim. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend him or call again if needed.

Comment: Sergei gave me the ultimate hookup. Had trouble with my ignition and trusted some sketch company to fix it, CAMPUS LOCKSMITH, who ended up robbing me. Comment: Just got my car unlocked by Tim !!!! I have to say that he was very professional and brightens my mood as most people are very unhappy when they get their keys locked in their car he definitely made me see if the upside of it he truly brightened my day with his humor and laughter he also did not damage my vehicle when opening my car which is a huge plus for me definitely give him a call if you ever need help when locking your keys in your car 🌞🌞🌞🌞

Comment: A-1 service. Very responsive and timely. I was about to throw in the towel but Micheal got me through it. Now my wife car cranks and I dont have to spend anymore money. Life saver. This is who you call when you have issues with your car keys.
