Comment: Great business. Amazing customer service and pricing. Came here a couple years back to make some duplicate keys for my apartment. It was only a few bucks. I paid and then I saw this little keychain label and pulled my card out again to buy it, but the guy said that it was fine. I could have it.It was only like 50 cents, but that was a very nice gesture that I still remember to this day. Sure, giving out free stuff isnt a good business model. But when I had to get duplicate keys made again where did I go? Back to this place.When I had to get keys cut and programmed for my car, where did I go? Here. (Which by the way, they gave me an excellent deal in the key + cutting and programming. It took them less than 10 minutes to get the proper key for my car, cut it and program it to my vehicle.) I was also charged a bit under what I was originally quoted.Been here thrice, and theyre always polite, quick and nicely priced. You dont see that too often in Miami, its either one or the other.

One of my colleagues at work recommended this company and since I trust her, I went with her recommendation. It was the BEST decision ever! From Rudy and Ray at their office to the tech they sent out, Alberto, it was an awesome experience, hands down! Very professional and courteous and Alberto was able to repair my door in 15 minutes! The price was also very reasonable, in my opinion. Best locksmith in Miami Beach!!!!
