Comment: Anthony did a great job. Super fast and courteous! That was my original review. Had to leave a good review to get a good price. I was told over the phone it would be around $75.00. Anthony pulled up and immediately said that you have a commercial vehicle so its automatically $350.00. I told him no thank you, I would call someone else. Now I understand maybe a little higher for commercial vehicles but to mark it up 400% is ridiculous. Asked me how much I can afford and I told him, I have a $100 dollars cash which I was going to pay him the $75 and give him a tip. He said, can I do $200, I told him no. He asked how much can I do and I said $100. I really regret saying yes but i had to get to work. He said he can do it for $100 but only if I give a 5 star review which he checked and took a photo of before he unlocked my vehicle. I was going to leave the review but the more I thought about it, the more I got upset. I can imagine him doing this to my parents or my wife and I decided to change it to the real review. Buyer beware and becareful!!Update: manager reached and apologized for technicians demeanor. Offered a refund but I refused. I did tell them I would change to 5 stars since he promptly responded to the review and listened to my complaint and tried to remedy it.
