When Nick arrived he said it was a good lock and he belief he could fix it. Nick was extremely professional and polite. A short time later the lock was fixed. Comment: I locked my keys in my car yesterday when I was at the orthodontist with my kids. I googled Clermont Locksmith and clicked on NGKs number. He answered and was there within 10 minutes. He got my car unlocked and made me a spare key right on site, as I mentioned that I did not have a spare. He was efficient, friendly, reasonably priced, and totally saved the day. Highly recommend!

Comment: Nick was a miracle worker, while our jeep needed a battery in the FOB key, but then needed to be reprogrammed, Nick did an awesome job! However, the Jeep still gave us grief, and Nick was checking all of the fuses, and it was the horn fuse. He really worked through a nail bitter experience, and figured this puzzle out! All the others gave cheap call out fee but couldnt tell price till got there. Mick from NGK come and open the door with no need to drill or replace lock like the others saidbthey had too. Highly recommend

Comment: Imagine being locked outside with a toddler, a sassy 8 year old, and no phone to call for help. A neighbor let me use their phone to call a locksmith and calling NGK was the best decision I could have made. My toddler locked us out the house, never got around to setting up a door code (BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER) and after an hour of trying my best to get back in, I decided to call a locksmith. Although my lock was super stubborn and took awhile to pop open, Nick was able to get us in and I will forever be grateful! He was punctual, very polite and patient.

Comment: Got locked out this am in my pjs after taking my dog out to do her business. Was on the phone with my warranty company when I saw the reviews for NGK. Hung up and gave Nick a call. Explained my situation. Bless his heart, he was here in about 15 minutes, went right to work. I made it hard for him, considering the number of locks and other security measures on my house, but he hunkered down, got it done, and didnt add a single cent to the original price - despite the extra work he put in. He never batted an eye over my pajamas, my annoying dog getting in the way, or me not-so-silent crying behind him as he worked while I dealt with a family issue on the phone. (I didnt tell him, but my son is deployed, and I was texting with him at the time. I get pretty emotional when I talk to my boy) He took it all in stride. A true professional. I appreciated that almost as much as I appreciate being back inside in the AC!Thank you! Seriously.

Comment: So glad I called around and found Nick. This guy is fast, easy to communicate with, and very professional. Someone at the hotel we are staying at stole my husbands phone and key fob to his truck. It was the only key we had. After calling Nick, he was the within the hour, programmed the new fob, cut the new key insert and deleted all old keys from the trucks computer. Awesome guy, Def recommend you use his services.
