I took my door lock in because I could not find my keys and the young gentleman was able to re produce a key for my door lock in less than 30 minutes. I am impress☺️. Comment: We searched out Panhandle Key and Safe for an auto key. After some years of heavy use and abuse, our clicker was doing some interesting things. Staff explained what was causing it and gave accurate pricing over the phone well below car dealership costs. When I went in, the needed item was in stock and we were done in 10 minutes or so at the quoted price. Everyone was friendly. In the time I was there I saw satisfied customers with a suitcase that needed a key made to unlock and use, a door lock someone handy brought in whole because a key was broken off in it which was quickly fixed, and a basic key replacement. We will be using their services again the next time we need a locksmith.

They are super knowledgeable so knowledgeable that when i needed a new master key for my gmc truck and all i had was a warn out key you had to shake to get it to turn over. Comment: I have received exceptional service today from Michael. He went far beyond his job today to help me with my key. I respect this employee because he made sure my expectations were met. He treated me the way customers are supposed to be treated. Its hard to find good employees like that.I am also impressed with the prices. I have one of those keys that has to be laser cut and talking with people I heard you could easily spend $50 or more. But I walked out of there today spending less than $50. I will definitely recommend people to you guys.

Comment: We had bought a camper and the dealer didnt have the keys to it and didnt seem to care if they got them and the guys here fixed us up with both keys and it took about 20 minutes and they had to make both keys great place to carry all your key problems. I would have given a 10 star if I could.
