After waiting 90 minutes, I gave up & called Pick Brothers. I was stranded & upset. The representative on the phone was so nice & assured me they’d have someone out to me within 30 minutes. After 10 minutes, Mike Yonks called & updated me with an ETA. I really appreciated that. He arrived shortly after that & got my car open. After wasting 2 hrs waiting on other locksmiths, these guys had me taken care of within 30 minutes. I will never call another locksmith again. These guys were great!

Comment: I was accidentally locked out of my home at 6:30 p.m. The wind slammed my front door shut and accidentally locked with me standing outside without my keys or phone. After neighbors did all they could to get into my home without success, I called two locksmiths from a neighbors phone. The first promised to be there within 45 minutes (two hours later they said they were on their way) and another that promised 15 minutes (an hour later called and said they were on their way). After waiting until 9:30 at night with no locksmith showing, I called Pick Brothers Locksmith and was told they would be there in 38 minutes. Robin showed up just as promised and unlocked the door quickly. He said it was his night off work, but took my call. He is a very nice young man, very respectful, and knew what he was doing. He gave me a discount because of the little time it took for him to pick the lock. Thank you, Robin and thank you Pick Brothers Locksmith! I will call you first if there ever is a next time!

Comment: We got to our house from the airport at about 4:30 pm on a Sunday afternoon. We got our car uncovered and found that our key would not work in the door lock. We had taken the battery out when we parked the car so we could leave it on a trickle charger. Without the battery, nothing worked. We couldnt even get into the car to open the hood.So, I found Pick Brothers on Google and they were all over it. A real person answered the phone and took my information. About a minute later, someone called back and set up a tech to come to our house on the Island.Mike came out and had us in the car within 5 minutes.
