Comment: So imagine my surprise when I called my insurance company to help change a tire and pop a lock came up in my text. Always the skeptic I called pop a lock and they verified that they do indeed change tires. So in the time frame alloted along came Chris from pop a lock. Right off the bat I knew I was dealing with a professional. He assessed the situation which was I couldnt figure out how to get the tire out from under the car and I couldnt remove my jack. He obviously has seen this before because he had the spare tire out, changed out the tires and was done in 20 minutes. I couldnt be more happier and impressed. Quality work for sure. I will be recommending pop a lock to my friends.thank you.

Comment: I couldnt find my key and my spare was locked, in my van. After panicking and running around like a crazy person... I finally remembered that Pop-A-Lock had saved me, once before when I lost my keys at the Walmart, on Malabar. My sanity is worth more than their charge. I booked an emergency appointment online because I honestly didnt want to call anyone, I was too upset. I figured it would take about an hour. NO, I was wrong....They were there in 10 min... faster than Door dash and in under 5 min my van was open. The man that rushed to my rescue was so nice and professional. The service cost around $75...so worth it.. next time I wont panic and will just call them....It turns out my insurance will cover it, as soon as I email my receipt. Happy days.Oh yeah I found my keys right next to the front door, on the floor under the entryway table. Typical!

We had a problem with the ignition lock assembly on our 06 Honda Civic, it would have cost us probably $500-$600 to have the assembly changed at a shop and to get new keys programmed but Pop-A-Lock was able to come to the vehicle here at our residence to rebuild the ignition lock assembly, the tech even gave us two new keys and fobs all for $325 and on the same day we put in the call for service. Comment: Pop-A-Lock Brevard County was an Above and Beyond experience thanks to Operations Manager Brian King (and his partner). They were right on time, not just literally but, figuratively speaking also. At the sacrifice of earning a healthy payment to make a new key for my truck, Brian patiently encouraged and allowed me to look one last time to find my vehicle key which the Cocoa Beach Pier Parking lot thief/bandit apparently found while I was surfing, burglarized the inside of my truck, then repositioned in a difficult to see area of my vehicles undercarriage. Brian not only refused to accept any donation or compensation for his time and effort of coming out to the scene for the key issue, but also convinced me that we could possibly locate and track my stolen phone(s) as well. Brian took extra time and effort to successfully locate my iPhone (and the Android work phone) through my iCloud feature, then led the way a few miles down the road where we actually found both phones in a grassy area at the end of a Walmart parking lot. I was so ecstatic about finding the phones.....but more importantly, that in this day and age, at such a tough and trying times as these, there exists such amazing, wonderful, and heroic individuals such as this man...these men. And despite my most valiant efforts, Brian (or his business partner) would not accept one dime or any compensation from me regarding his Outstanding Exemplary customer service and extraordinary business ethics. From the first Pop-A-Lock representative who unlocked my truck to Brian and his partner who voluntarily assisted me waaay outside the scope of their job title, I want to say again, Thank You Very Much! I am proud to type this review on their behalf on one of the very phones that would not even be in my hands right now if not for Pop-A-Locks Best... Brian King (and company)!! I have always been able to change my own tire(s), but even with standing on the lug wrench, they wouldnt budge and I had to get my 5 year old to cheer practice. Zane (or Zayne) showed up WAY before the estimated time and was as kind, polite, and as helpful as could be. Being a woman, Ive dealt with a lot of arrogant men when it comes to roadside assistance and he was the complete opposite. To top it off, my spare tire was very low on air and even though I said I would suck it up and fill it up at the closest gas station, he insisted he go back to the shop and come back to fill it up. I would absolutely recommend this service to any and everybody, as I was extremely impressed.
